Yeah, that is what I don't get. It isn't permitting, many have been open and extended for nearly a year. I'd assume the ALU-Nokia merger wouldn't have impacted the supply chain this dramatically since there was an existing order....

Mobilitie has filed for permits with the City of Tampa. Looks like the process started on May 31st and they have been going back and forth for a while. Tampa's permitting system is a little wonky, but very detailed. Go here: https://aca.tampagov.net/citizenaccess/ and search for either Mobilitie or "ROW-16-0000643" If you click 'Application Information Table' you'll get more detail to work locations and specific site plans are posted at the bottom of the page under 'Attachments.' Exciting to see more small cell work underway in my hometown.
