Understand your point, but in this situation they were supposed to get local approval as part of VDOT's tentative approval. They did not which continues to show Mobilitie really just doesn't seem like a good partner.

I wish Sprint would cede Loudon County to Shentel. They just seem to know the market so much better.

Not under their current agreement. Sprint did build some small cells in Channelside and around the Ice Palace/Forum/Amelie Arena for the 2012 GOP convention. I tried to get pictures of them once, but felt a little awkward.
