  1. Does that server typically produce outlandish results?
  2. This was at work in old Henderson. I'm guessing that it was some sort of anomaly.
  3. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and broadcasters warn FCC about interference issues in 600 MHz auction Story continues: http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/att-verizon-sprint-t-mobile-and-broadcasters-warn-fcc-about-interference-is/2015-03-17
  4. Appears will be Aircard 779S-100. It's CCA/RRPP compliant as it has LTE Bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 25, 26 and 41. Also on board is 802.11 b/g/n. No sign of 802.11ac unfortunately. Another apparent oversight is 5 GHz capability. This puppy looks to be 2.4 GHz only which would be disappointing. I've only had a cursory look at it though. I still have to look for things like carrier aggregation, 3GPP2 band classes (I can't imagine that it wouldn't have that) and GSM/W-CDMA availability. I check later. FCC id is PY3AC779SS.
  5. Out of curiosity, are you still using an original single-band GS4?
  6. Nope. Just got back from the Sprint store. My daughter has been bugging the hell out of me for a new iPhone for quite some time so I went to check it out. It was indeed the subsidized upgrade price, $199.99 plus tax for a 16GB iPhone 6.
  7. How odd. Before my son's and daughter's eligibility date was 04/01/2015. I just checked and apparently they're both eligible to upgrade now. In fact, the eligibility date for both of them was set back to 08/01/2014.
  8. Yes, it is. http://www.nasdaq.com/article/sprint-ceo-marcelo-claure-buys-5-million-shares-20150227-00754
  9. Indeed, though I don't know if their paraphrasing is entirely accurate: Are there even 9000 markets in the U.S.?
  10. Random Sprint news. Sprint and Comcast have had a patent dispute going on for a while now. Comcast drew first blood winning a judgment in a patent suit against Sprint for $7.5 million: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2014-10-15/comcast-wins-7-5-million-in-patent-jury-trial-with-sprint-1- Sprint delivered a nice counter punch earlier this month being awarded a $27.6 million judgment in their patent suit against Comcast: http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2015/02/06/sprint-wins-27-6m-in-patent-case-against-comcast.html
  11. S4GRU making news at Seeking Alpha: http://seekingalpha.com/symbol/S/news
  12. Along those lines do you think Sprint may add site(s) in the Keystone/Black Hills/Mt. Rushmore areas? I'd have to believe that there's a fair amount of roaming from tourists, at least during the summer months.
  13. Sure it could. However, Piecyk remarks, much like I did in a different post somewhere, selling some of the spectrum strengthens a competitor and decreases Sprint's ability to offer a truly differentiated product.
  14. Good for them. Though it's not quite the tactical nuke you were expecting here, eh? More like a collective yawn. You know maxi, it's pretty trollish and childish of you to post a link here trying to get a reaction and then go running back to Piecyk's Twitter feed to snicker like a little schoolgirl. Just sayin'...
  15. Glad to see Sprint is working on getting Lollipop ready for the Note 3: http://device.sprintpcs.com/Samsung/SM-N900P-SPRINT/OB1.rdf
  16. Hopefully those loans weren't for a degree in English. j/k
