No, only 2 devices currently support CA as mentioned in the article.

I had a list of about 20 sites that were down, all of them have been restored. Also, he is saying that he is not connecting to B41, in our previous case we would connect to B41 and no data would transfer. So a completely different situation.

Could be backhaul provisioning or optimization.

So single band vs GS5 on Tmobile, did you ever get to sample a triband device on Sprint? I mean Sprint has HD calling, WiFi calling international and domestic, and 2 other bands. So I dont understand this comparison.

Almost certainly getting Sprint B41, there probably tuning it and playing with backhaul etc..

I'm pretty sure every Sprint site has 2xMIMO on by default. I also know that the iPhone field test page is buggy and sometimes fails to report MIMO regardless if available or not.

4x MIMO will be limited to Sprint B41 sites. Sprint does not have enough spectrum in NYC to deploy a second B25 carrier without refarming. But from what I hear that should happen sometime in 2015.

After playing with the new update for about 5 days, it definitely is an improvement moving from band to band. Especially from 3g to LTE, it is extremely quick to move away from 3G onto LTE. Signal strength is about the same, scan times are just much faster. Very good experience so far.

You were probably staring at Legacy hardware. Signal strengh was way too strong for it not to be with in view.

Found some more Sprint B41 on white plains rd in the bx. Also had pretty good Clear B41 inside of Kmart in white plains

I had a similar issue with speeds taking a hit on B41 to below 4mb, but after about 2 weeks speeds were more in line with previous speeds and Sprints B41 came online with super fast backhaul.

Typically, they find ways to extract them so that you can mix and match different versions of the OS with your preferred radio.

Means they further tuned the radio, as you noticed its latching onto B41 more readily.

Awesome! Its a slight bump in version from 0.3R As good as the radio performance is, I find that in its current state 03R is slightly weaker on B41 compared to the G3.

Check about phone in settings baseband version so we can compare to 5.0 version.

Are you referring to the .1 update? Does it include a new radio? What radio version are you currently on?

Well before id jump between B25 (6mb at best during off peak hours and 1mb during peak) and Clear B41. Instead now its just Sprint B41 and Clear B41 (averaging between 15-25mb so far and about the same on the clear site) I am ecstatic...
