There is actually some lte in Disney world already too. I just got back and man sprint is all over the place depending on the park I could have no signal or shifty signal and then go one park over and have lte. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 2

I don't think the msl will allow you to unlock a phone and use on another carrier. Sprint gives the msl out to you anytime you switch phones and need yo program the phone manually. I doubt they would just hand out a code that can do that so easily. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 2

You are on to something. We have people coming daily saying customer care told them they could do upgrade now and the bogo. My store is smart enough yo know the rules but others and customer care are not.There is nothing stopping you from ringing it up so id imagine there has been widespread combining of the offers nationwide even though its been brought up repeatedly that you cant do it through internal communications. The 60 days to report a claim is in the terms and conditions on the TEP page of the contract. To get a round this put it back on his line and wait a day and file a claim. Hopefully they did not mark the esn DBR or something already. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 2

Unfortunately the policy has to be cut and dry with cracked screens. Everyone says they just barely dropped it or sat down. Im not call you a lair im just saying that's the policy on cracked screens. They may not know about it. I believe there is a problem with signal strength but ive worked at a sprint repair store and a regular store and we do not get evo lte in for connection problems anymore than any other phone. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 2

Go to a corporate store they should have a pile of iphone 5 sim cards. I've replaced a bad sim in Iphone 5 before and it rang up free. Also i can confirm you need the ucc for the 5 to function. Sent from my LG-LS970 using Tapatalk 2

I love getting cussed out by old people, which has been happening alot since they sent letters about the 10 bucks. Some people understand and take the .99 phone on sprint others flip out. One was so pissed he said he was done with sprint and was going prepaid. He walked out with a boost phone. You are only allowed one discount. So if your current one is more than 10% you need to weigh your options and see which will save you more money in the long run. Yes you go in and tell them to upgrade that line and then move it to the line u want. If they say no then tell them to f off and to do the following. 1 upgrade line. 2 call NSS aka national sales support 3 tell NSS to move device from ptn 1 to ptn 2 4 have NSS put the previous equipment on ptn 1. 5 . . 6 Profit Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
