  1. They are working on that though: http://www.fiercecable.com/story/time-warner-cable-rebrand-service-new-york-los-angeles/2014-01-30

  3. The problem, to me, is that only the big cable companies have the money to come into a city and get things going but they don't want to step on each others toes so that other companies will stay out of their area.
  4. But I thought you live in Hawaii and not the UK?
  5. "Sorry dad, I don't get cell service where you live still. I'll check to see again in three years to see if I can see you."
  6. After looking at their Wikipedia page, it seems that outside of Iowa they are kind of hodgepodge of different areas.
  7. Well that kinda sucks, but isn't surprising. I can probably find some local job and start that while I do my bachelors. Sigh, more school.
  8. Or Maybe even use some high speed copper, anything to get some of those stubborn sites live with LTE!

  13. So that map of the areas that the vendors covers means nothing?
  14. That was my thought, too. But if that is the case how does that make Samsung the "dominant" vendor for NV?
  15. Are you suggesting that Samsung might take over some other's territory or just cover more of their own territory?
  16. I think they said that they're recycling all the iDEN stuff.
  17. If Sprint really did lose 2 million subs then I would avoid tech sites on the day it's announced.
  18. I think bmoses said it was pretty good, you could try asking him in the G Flex users thread.
  19. As I and others have said, that's not something they can afford to do. Not necessarily from a financial standpoint but from a business prospective, it's suicide. You're giving a competitor your money, that's not good. The only reason T-Mobile got such a sweet deal is because of the difference in market share and size differences of the companies.
