As has been said before, if a deal is made, T-Mobile won't get a breakup deal like it did with AT&T.

I disagree. Verizon was agressive with LTE because they didn't want to invest in EV-DO again knowing that there would be a better airlink (for data) soon.

The biggest problem with 8x8 MIMO (i'm assuming that's what you're talking about) is that it would extremely tough to get that into a cell phone.
