I have started an active map of all known Band 41 permits for the entire state of CT, and any confirmed Band 26 sightings. I posted it in the premiere sponsor section. I would love to get all of your reports and keep the map active and growing. I know not everyone is a premiere sponsor, but with the incredible offer out there, you can become one for a much lower donation than ever before. I strongly recommend it. You will get to see some great information, more schedule information, and definitely more progress information. The Sprint network is accelerating fast, and with everyone's help we can make one of the best market level maps in the country. Check it out, and if you aren't sure how to go about it, check out this link: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6095-special-premier-sponsor-offerfor-a-limited-time/

Once b25 and b26 were loaded you would be praying for b41. It's a tripod. What happens when you kick out the leg of a tripod? (NSFW language) THREE LEGS OF THE TRIPOD: Sent from my HTC M8

Is HD Voice now on? Mine appears to be working
dstar2002 replied to Sim-X's topic in Network, Network Vision/LTE Deployment
Had a call from Northern CT market to Massachusetts market (out near the Cape) that was HD voice. Before today, it seemed to only be a few tower spans before it wasn't HD. Sent from my HTC M8 -
Are you sure you aren't confusing LTE bars with actual signal? What does signal check show you for signal levels? The LTE bars are terrible. I'm at - 101 for an LTE signal, which is awesome, but have only 1 bar, because the phones are stupid and the programmers don't handle LTE signals right when it comes to the bar display. I hate it when mommy and daddy fight. But I love my m8 now that all the eCSFB issues in my area appear to resolved. Now if I can get some band 41 action I would be happy as a pig in... Well you know Sent from my HTC M8

For premiere sponsors, go to the premiere section and check NV 2.0 permit thread. I posted a bunch scattered around CT. And its not an inclusive list, there will be more than I can find and posted. If you find a 2.5 site, take some pictures if you can. If in doubt, grab a nice picture. Sent from my HTC M8

BUT MOMMY I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT FASTEST DATA ALL THE TIME, I DONT CARE IF THE OTHER KIDS CANT HAVENT ANY.... I JUST WANT MINE Yes. That's what some of you sound like. Doesn't matter that a throttle on some could mean more for all, you only care that you got yours when you wanted it. As you mature in life you realize it's not all about you. Life isn't fair. If you use a ton of data and dont like this policy, go to another carrier. Why are you whining to us like we can axe the policy or something? End rant. Sent from my HTC M8

Regular is CD quality which is plenty for on the go streaming for anyone. If people didn't use ultra high quality maybe it would help keep then out of the top 5% Sent from my HTC M8

I have gotten this email 4 times in 6 weeks. Crappy part is my number 2 used tower is still overloaded 3g, that finally at least got panels put up during the middle of April. Sent from my HTC M8

FCC votes to approve a plan to allow for paid prioritization.

There is no upside to the consumer in all this, unless of course you like paying more money for what you already have. When Netflix is 20 bucks a month to stream and your favorite video game goes from 60 to 100 to purchase, with a 10 dollar monthly online "fee", dont come here bitching about how unfair that is. The isp companies got rich off tax dollars and exploding consumer buy in. The rapid rise in profits are now just steady, level revenue. That doesn't attract investors. This is their next way to get more profits and more investors, while sitting on their yacht, not giving a damn that the guy working 80 hours a week to even have Internet and food just wants to sit back, relax, and catch a Netflix movie with his wife who just worked an 80 week too. AT&T in advanced talks to acquire DirecTV for ~$50 billion

ATT recently sold off their land line and cable business in CT, so they are ahead of the divestiture game. Sent from my HTC M8 -
Not worried about it in terms of who is better, more in terms of accuracy. That being said, who is to say it will be the same servers the tests are run against? Sent from my HTC M8

Hope they dont reference the ping times on sensorly. Ping is never accurate in their latest generation app for some reason. Every other app will get below 50 for a ping, but sensorly will be over 200 almost all the time.

Great point. And could they bid together on 600 if they did that? Sent from my HTC M8

Like you will on the overloaded system anyway. But I had said video chat. Things that stream can typically be done on slower higher r latency connections. You just get worse quality. I am on a tower right now that I never get above 200kpbs and 300ms latency 3g service, but I can stream almost anything, just not in HD, and it might buffer a few seconds from time to time. Not too big a gripe honestly. But there are plenty of times I can even do a simple webmail refresh in my browser. If a throttle on some of the large data consumers allows me to always refresh that page, thats great for me and Sprint, because I don't want to throw my phone against the wall. Sent from my HTC M8

Also what massive files are you downloading on your phone and using on your phone? I've seen some extremely large PowerPoint presentations come in around 50mb, but then after 30 pages I say F this and boot my pc, moving it to my laptop. As AJ pointed out. Sent from my HTC M8
