I was staying in the eastmark development off Ray....i think that's what it's called. I could not even hold a data connection. I tried everything even went back to a stock prl with no 1x800 turned on cdma only it was just not happy in a lot of places. I'm glad to here its improving and it sounds like your having a better experience so that's great to hear. it will help you mostly when there are neighboring sites going live. Once you have the three sectors for a site you will know when a new one pops up that another site is live. Take a look at utah or Columbus market they both us a spreadsheet to track these, as well i know other markets do this I'm most familiar with these two markets in particular. Just visiting this week. Haven't been impressed yet. Been mostly in Litchfield at the wigwam resort. And in Mesa. 1x800 has been pretty rough hovering in the high 90 to low 100s. As stated above, but to clairify a bit more. All sites are upgraded in Utah county, just waiting on backhual on the remaining. They continue to light up sites weekly. Make a donation and you will see a lot more information and it greatly helps keep the site going.

I have to mostly agree with AJ, blaming these guys is basically just a scape goat. We will probably never know who is to blame for any of these issues. Though it's sad to see someone lose their job I'm sure as most executives have very healthy severance packages so hopefully him and his family will be OK in the interm. Also being in management part of wearing that hat is taking the blame even when you might or might not have control over what happened. It's just part of the deal. My 2 cents worth. When I was looking at lens the guy behind the counter asked me this..." would you buy a set of snap on tools to use once a year? Buy the best you can afford based on your anticipated use. If you can afford snap on to use once a year good for you. I think the best advice has been to start using it to see how much you enjoy it and then start making those choices. all good on 1x 800 here for me as well while on lte or erphd can do it all. It is actually seems to be improving with time. Call quality suffers when the signal is bad but so does 1900. I think the big thing is range, if your connected to a tower 20 miles away you shouldn't expect high call quality. You can connect sure but it will be crackly. Now that they have brought on a significant amount of 1x 800 sites that quality should improve. My 2 cents. I'm so happy now with my gN2 I have a n5 paper weight. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2

Yeah like most here I like my gadgets but the bike and basics will be the budget. So the gamin isn't an option this year.
