  8. OTA ??? Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  9. Sprint employees see a general schedule which I believe generally has a 90 day window so don't get over excited for that date. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  10. Well I guess you can be glad we won't likely share sectors then. And my math was based on sites not sectors that jumps it to 120000 roughly so that's 12 percent still low odds not exceedingly high in my opinion Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  11. Well I guess we will see how this plays out soon enough. All I know is I'm not changing my habits. If I want to watch a show or do whatever on my device I'm gonna keep doing it. Some people buy a sports car and keep in the garage. Not me I'm pedal to the floorboard. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  12. Yeah after reading the thread this morning it just seems that it won't be an effective method for a site that's already congested. If the site is congested maybe they need some more sites??? But if I was them I would wait until NV was complete until making that investment as maybe by them tri band phones and the clear sites will help relieve the burden hence why I believe it's a band aid fix for a gunshot wound. 13. So let me understand this now that I've had some time to chew on this. So on a site that is already slow they are going to slow the 5%er down. This doesnt seem like a highly effective method. I'm not sure what sprints customer base is but say it's 5 million and they have roughly 40k towers that's basically a 6 percent chance of one of us 5%ers being on a site. Seems like a band aid fix to me. Pretty good discussion though hope it stays civil. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  14. Well i guess we will see. Either way I'd hate to leave. And on a side note I didn't take your statements as argumentative. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  15. unfortunately as I really do like sprint. I've had great experiences with their customer service. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  16. My point is if when this doesn't work for me I'll look at the other options. The price isn't the concern it's quality of service that meets my needs. If those needs cost me more so be it. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  17. Well my reasoning is I pay for unlimited data. Not unlimited data with a an asterisk and yes I know what the t&c say. If sprints network cannot support unlimited data then they should go to plans based on usage. I'd be more than happy to pay for what plan I fall into or suited my needs. If I go over than charge me. But don't sell me with unlimited then say but. It's bad for buisness. I've been a customer for over 10 years with multiple devices and usually their top of the line devices. Again as I said if this affects me then when the time comes I'll make a choice and I'll live with it. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  18. never said that your putting words in my mouth. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  19. Stats and graphs are not going to sway me or change how I feel about this. I've gone down this road before on a different thread here. If your going to market unlimited it should be that. If I need a lawyer to read through t&c then I believe the marketing is deceptive. I appreciate the data and everyone's opinions. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  20. your probably right I was being optimistic. People are entitled to their opinions and can take any stance they want I'm fine with that, I sleep fine at night. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  21. Big fat dislike from me. I use on average 7 gigs a month on average if I remember correctly. If I notice a degradation of service due to throttling I'll simply look at all my other options when my contract is up. We all have choices. I think from a marketing stand point sprint looses with this stance. If they maybe made it 20 gigs or such something high enough that the average consumer would understand as a lot of data it might not have any implications but 5 gigs really that seems very low to me. That's my 2 cents. Sent from my CoziBlurred4.3 gN2
  22. This is a great point and most people don't understand this. Digiblur mentioned this once and a way to prove a point to one of his children. I tried it as my son always whined about lag and the need for more speed. So I set the router setting to 1 mbps on the xbox, I think I was on a 40/5 plan at the time and let him play for a few weeks. Guess what he never knew the difference. I actually turned I down to .5 mbps for the last few days. When I showed him he was dumb founded. I did have horrible latency though and made a switch recently and it has been much better. Anyways Roberts point is one that is commonly missed and is usually highly undervalued. Latency is a huge piece of the puzzle! sent from my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 via taptalk pro
  23. Oops sorry I'll change the title.
