  1. That's probably the only choice. However, when you call in, if the first person is incompetent, call back. There are reps that still know what they are doing. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  2. I should point something out that might add to this, it might not. When I applied for a job at my local Sprint at Radio Shack back in December, I got an email upon enrollment to the application site from the Talent Community saying welcome and here is access to the Sprint Employees Referring Customers private store. Frankly, you don't even have to apply for a job to get this email offer, so Sprint is still very open to referral plans, which isn't such a detriment anymore, but still shows their willingness for employees to refer people.
  3. When my friend upgraded both of her lines to iPhone 6s a couple weeks ago, the sales rep didn't talk is into TEP. She recommended it, but did try to talk us into accessories. We found a cheaper place to get them, so we didn't buy them in store. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  4. Actually, that is one way it can be done. You get cheapy phones, activate those, get them on Framily, then do a transfer of liability to those you referred to Sprint. Then they can get the phones they want on Easy Pay or Lease. The other way is the store employee can call in and if they get the right rep, they can place those people on your Framily with no issue. The first way I mentioned takes about 15 minutes longer to do. This was what I was told by a Sprint rep who is very good at her job, and I wish she was the store manager, because I've met managers stupider than her. 5. The other day I found a nice Spigen case on clearance at Walmart. It's the Spigen Rugged Armor. I like it. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  6. sparkedman on Reddit made a good suggestion for us iPhone users, we should send feedback to Apple requesting enhancements to Field Test. https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/comments/3xnnu0/iphone_6s6s_how_do_you_know_if_youre_on_ca_2x/
  7. AT&T, maybe Suddenlink. I'm hoping my local electric cooperative with their new 1 Gbps Fiber broadband network would be game for cell site backhaul. They just launched in September. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  8. A 2nd B25 carrier? Yes please! Overall LTE coverage is really good city wide from my experiences of driving around. There are a few places where my phone still drops to 3G, but even EVDO isn't unbearable most of the time. I would like to see B41 the city over, but I know these things take time. I still would rather see LTE in Pahrump sooner rather than later, but back haul vendors here are few and far between. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  9. Band 41 was not fully covering the convention center, however, Band 25 was usable in there at 20+ Mbps at SEMA at the beginning of November. Band 25 uploads left a lot to be desired at less than 1.5 Mbps, but I wasn't concerned about the upload. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  10. Exactly! Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  11. That's why I bought AppleCare +, so I can get my battery replaced when it no longer lasts an appropriate amount of time. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  12. San Diego is delayed by the Mexican IBEZ, which work is progressing on rebanding in Mexico. San Bernardino County rebanding should be complete before Mexico is done. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  13. The 21 month lease was no smartphone trade in, the 22 month lease is with the smartphone trade in and gives a $7/mo discount from trading in a smartphone worth at least $1. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  14. You can always pay the payoff on the lease at the end and still keep your phone. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  15. Thanks for posting those steps. I was checking out in the grocery store and forgot to come back and post them. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk

  17. You can still force close Field Test to keep the dBm listed at the top. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  18. I'm not sure it is easily accessible. It appears he's looking at the PRL, in which tampering with could yield bad results. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  19. Anyone have issues logging in to Google on this device? Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  20. Well, I went to get my free Pixi tonight, and when they pulled up my account, the system said I could get the LG G Pad F7.0 for free with the year of free service, so I got it instead. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  21. If you are planning for long term, get the 6s Plus. This has been the best iPhone I've ever owned. TouchID has been awesome, the 12MP camera is great. But I would not get a 6/6 Plus just for the many issues people are still persistently having with Apple having over a year to fix them and still not fixing them. 22. Wow, what a change! Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  23. I did not know that, but I'm glad to hear that. Thanks! Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
