  1. I sure hope this is a good sign in that direction, but we will see. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  2. 1x800 on I-15 in the middle of the desert? That's a big development. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  3. Apple is in their own world. One of these days, if they feel like it, I suppose we will see USB-C on an iPhone, but for now, it won't be. They could very well make a lightning to USB-C adapter though. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  4. The public beta profile? If so, the first public beta drops in July. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  5. Anyone download the beta for iOS 10 yet? If so, thoughts? Likes, dislikes, bugs? Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  6. That has been rumored for a couple years. Maybe it will still launch later this year, but Apple is still quiet about it for now. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  7. Siri is being opened for devs. No mention about iMessage for Android though. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  8. If you put in an international SIM it will wipe out all voicemails stored on the phone except the ones that are stored on the voicemail system directly. But you should be able to stick an international SIM card in and it should start searching for service. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  9. As the rumors are heating up about Apple's next Flagship, it's time for a rumor thread. Post everything relevant about the iPhone 7 in this topic.
  10. My HP 8600 works fine on my WifiConnect about 90% of the time. The other 10% is usually fixed by rebooting my Mac. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  11. Actually, Wind just launched LTE in Calgary last month. Took long enough, that's for sure.
  12. Hence the reason for Sprint's newest ads that focus on showing that Sprint is faster and more reliable than Verizon or at&t or T-Mobile. I feel that the Sprint name should stick and when the time is right, people will wake up to the fact that the "New" Sprint is far better than the "Old" Sprint was in 2012- mid 2015.
  13. That's not entirely true. Wind Mobile, Canada's newest wireless carrier, has been making strides to provide affordable service to their customers in all areas of Canada, not just their native network. Over the last year and a half, after launching service in certain "major" cities up north, Wind started working with the other 3 major carriers on roaming agreements that started less than stellar. But as of now, they have a $60/mo plan (*limited time only) that offers 2400 minutes of calling anywhere in Canada & the US outside of their native network as well as 1GB of data, plus unlimited global texting, yet they continue to expand their network a little at a time at great cost being the smallest Canadian carrier.
  14. What you described is the perfect scenario for socialism or even a possibility of communism, where the government controls everything. I'd call that the "Dark Ages of Wireless". Canada just recently pulled out of that in the last couple decades, and look how that's worked out. The major carriers up there still price gouge people's limbs off for service. I'd never want anything like that here in America!
  15. The convention center DAS worked fine last fall when I was there. For the areas I had Band 41, it was much better!
  16. Ok, I don't say much on here lately anymore, but I'm going to say something now. There are white ghettos, and if it wasn't for the fact that my dad was a hard worker, I'd have grown up in one. A ghetto is a ghetto, it's a low income area. Calling T-Mobile customers ghetto was true before Legere took over, but he's done a lot to convince millennials otherwise. And yes, it's sad that people still only see T-Mobile for a ghetto carrier, and the MetroPCS purchase didn't help that image. Cricket was a "ghetto" carrier too, but look how AT&T rebranded it. 17. Outside of the The Strip and the downtown hotels, voice is great, and data is getting better. Just not ubiquitous Band 41 coverage yet.
  18. Before the end of this week I'll own an Apple Watch Sport gold 42mm. I'll stick with the midnight blue sport band until I get this watch paid off and then buy the royal blue. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
  19. Boost Virgin Mobile will be selling the iPhone SE for $299.99 for the 16GB model and $399 for the 64GB model, in all 4 colors. Currently the phone is out of stock with both carriers, but it's assumed availability will be in place before the end of April. https://www.boostmobile.com/shop/phones/apple-iphone-se/features/ https://www.virginmobileusa.com/#!/shop/phones/apple-iphone-se/features/Gray,64GB/ In addition, Boost & Virgin are carrying the 5S, 6/6 Plus, & 6s/6s Plus.
  20. RAM is unknown for now. But once unlocked, the Sprint model will be compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile, which will bring a higher resale value than a Verizon compatible version.
  21. Confirmed: No Carrier Aggregation. No one should be surprised that CA is not included on the SE. Look at the price of the phone. From a cost benefit standpoint, dropping CA is how they made the phone even more affordable than before.
  22. As was rumored and expected today, Apple released the iPhone SE. Included were upgraded specs to bring the device more in line with it's larger counterparts. It even includes the nice 12MP rear camera with support for live photos. LTE specs include support for everything the 6S and 6S Plus except for Carrier Aggregation. And as if to slap users in the face who want open device compatibility, the Sprint model does not include support for Verizon Band 13 LTE. And the non Sprint model does not include support for TD-LTE. Not a surprise by any means. But now Apple's entire iPhone line for Sprint is CCA/RRPP compatible, which is definitely a plus for consumers when it releases on the 31st of this month. As of now we know that Sprint will carry the SE, the full price starts at $399 and $0 on a 2-yr contract, but we do not know what the Installment Billing price will be and if Sprint will decide to sell the SE on iPhone Forever. Edit: Sprint is not doing iPhone Forever with iPhone SE, just Installment billing starting at $16.67/mo for the 16GB model.
  23. Funny, one time I put an iPhone 5 on Ting, and about a year later got it activated on Sprint without issue. Sent from my Gold iPhone 6s Plus 128GB using Tapatalk
