  2. The difference in battery life alone is worth an upgrade for most folks. And only 70 cities of Sprint's 500+ cities has WiMax. The rest of us in these 430+ cities would like a new awesome device, since we are stuck waiting for LTE in 3G anyway. Robert via Samsung Galaxy S-III 32GB using Forum Runner

  9. There is no guarantee that if Apple decides not to put 800 SMR support in the iPhone 5, that they will definitely put it in the next model. In my opinion, if Apple decides against 800 SMR support in the iPhone 5, then it was conscious decision not to support it and not incidental. And if they specifically chose to omit 800 SMR support now, the same conditions will likely still exist the next year that would have them preclude it again in the next model. Apple does not guarantee each operator that it will cover every one of their frequencies they support. This is an issue with several wireless carriers around the world. They have to "beef up" certain Apple supported spectrums, because their other frequencies were not supported by the iPhone. Look what Tmo is doing with PCS for the iPhone. 11. I have NOT had good successes with Open Signal Maps site locations. Not in any market I have traveled. Many times OSM will show a real tower, and then people assume because it is a tower and OSM shows it is Sprint, they assume it is therefore accurate. However, in many of these instances, Sprint is not even on the site shown. However, OSM gets it right occasionally. But so does a broken clock, twice a day. 12. Sprint will evaluate unlimited annually. And as long as it gives them differentiation and new customers keep citing it as the reason for coming over, then you can expect it to stay. Sprint has no short term problems or even midterm network/spectrum issues that would require them to drop unlimited. Robert via Samsung Galaxy S-III 32GB using Forum Runner
