Grrrr.....I hate when I can't find the last one.

Sounds like you are getting good at playing Where's Waldo? lol.  We do appreciate all your work with the maps and I love coming here to see a link to the new acceptances you've found.

Going to map some more Jesus fish?

Actually I'm not going now....I will go in the morning though. My boss's EVO 4G LTE broke and I was going to bring him my GNex until tomorrow so he could have something to use but I just talked him into waiting it out overnight and going to a Sprint Corporate Store tomorrow.

Speaking of bosses. I know about 75 pages ago we were all bitching about jobs. My company is hiring a lot of IT folks in various capacities. If you're looking for a potential move, hit me with a PM and I'll do some digging for you.

Why couldn't this opportunity have come along a year ago when I was desperately looking? :(

After a lot of searching, I finally got a job in IT and just got a really nice % raise at my 1 year review last week.  :D

Congrats!

It's funny how things like this happen, right? When you're looking for work, nothing is out there. When you're not looking, opportunity always comes knocking. LOL

Thanks....haha I know, right.  My fiance and I are already house shopping since I got my raise.  She told me that I have major issues after I was more interested in houses close to an upgraded Sprint tower and ignoring others that were far away from towers

What does "acceptances" actually mean?

Sprint has signed off the equipment as being installed properly. When it is for 4G, that usually means the site is live or will be soon. With 3G, that means equipment used installed but may not be active.

I thought of you when I marked that site btw. In most instances 4G is usually live once it is accepted. In some cases we have sites that are either in testing(so called donut mode) or just straight not broadcasting at all(Lindbergh and Manchester most notable)

C'mon, man. Believe in NV - once 800 rolls out, it won't matter where you are! :P

Official even though Sprint hasn't said STL officially has LTE YET...

I guess most simply it means that Sprint is Accepting the work done by a contractor (which means it should be active really soon in most cases)

Thanks guys!

Heh.. I'll be working that area off and on, but not consistently like I did. I'll probably be split between that area and downtown for the foreseeable future.

My attentions of course are now directed downtown for LTE coverage - Not just for work, but for coverage in the ED dome for Rams football. Any skuttlebutt of when they might light some of those near the dome up?

There is a new site near 44 and grand. I don't know what area you are in down there but that one should be close enough to reach parts of downtown.

Downtown has that sweet-ass 2.5/2.6ghz spectrum LTE on Band 41. I had it from my seats at Busch Stadium all the way down past the federal reserve bank at Washington ave.

That would be sweet if my HTC One could actually use that....I just got the One on launch day (and love it) but I'm ready for a new wave of phones now.  I want support for more bands

I'm holding out for a LG G2 or GS4 Tri Band....once they drop in price of course so i may have a little while. Unless they come out with a budget Tri Band device.
