And look where sensory is showing the LTE. The truth shall set you free! Can I get off the troll list? Please.

Feech, just because the screen shot didn't show 4G at the moment it was taken, doesn't mean that the speed tests weren't run on 4G. You jump to the troll label way to quickly. But I think you know that now.

Bill, thank you for the report. You were never on the "troll list." Please stick around!

First of all my apologies Bill. It wouldn't be the first time someone appeared in this thread announcing they had LTE and were mapping and the found to be a liar.

Second, the screenshot shows the 3G icon of course I know the shot could have been taken after coming out of the 4G territory at the same time I would think that would be part of the reason of a getting the screenshot right? Include everything. Anyone can fake all of that info.

Third, the speed were turible(My Bill Walton voice) like not even worth posing bad. Maybe ironing some things out but it didn't look like anyone was there I was at the site.

Fourth, I actually need my phone for data and it was wonky as hell over here it looks like I may have another hit by St. Anthony hospital everything was 1X but unfortunately I have to actually visit someone here and be engaged. When I get out I will map some more at the tower and may hit the others I have found to see if anything else is fired up

Did your phone find the 4G by itself or did you do the toggle?

Honestly, I didn't even give it a chance. One toggle is all it took me though when I go back tonight I will see how long it takes to find it on its own

Curious to see if the update helped any today. I am going to be driving down that way tomorrow morning to go to the St. Pete airport. I'm going to see if I can connect at all.

This is what I received back from her on Twitter with regards to my question as to where she saw 4G LTE: @747Russ in St. Pete yesterday. Today it was back to 3G

Did she say holla at Feech lol

I heard in some forums on XDA that the update didn't help

I expected this site. I was there yesterday and didn't get anything. There are other sites close to this one but they are the enclosed monopole type that I can't see if work has been done.

Still stand by the Sensorly or it didn't happen.

Oh and by the way I hate you guys. Looking at completed towers with no workers at them really sucks. No signal nor any workers to be found at other planned sites.

    • Dish network down since 3:31am Signalcheck Pro reports the Dish Network, at least the site at Scioto-Darby Rd Near I-270  in Columbus Ohio, was last operational at 3:31am. I normally pickup signal from two other Dish sites as well.  Reported via downdetector.com as Boost Infinite but one is such a lonely number. Tried to manually reconnect to Dish, but network is not appearing. Hopefully scheduled maintenance.
    • Probably a lot of Midwest towers. Slight bias since Nebraska is a weird market, but there are tons of USCC sites that T-Mobile isn't yet co-located on. Think a similar situation in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri. But some other markets, like yours, probably don't have that issue!
    • Sticky Customers - YES, and leave them flip to the T-Mobile PLMN when needed and they will be even more likely to Stick.
    • It seems to me that if the goal is to improve rural, the US Cellular buy-out would get them only part of the way there, considering there are plenty of rural areas that US Cellular does not serve.  But I also have a hard time reading it the way I think that article is, that the cost of this deal comes straight out of the $9 billion.  I mean, they're getting spectrum for their existing operations in US Cellular markets, including places that I wouldn't call rural.  (Roanoke, VA is the 9th largest city in the state, for example.)  It seems like some of it should be allocated to rural expansion, but certainly not the whole purchase price. There's also something to be said for getting the customer base of potentially sticky customers who have been used to US Cellular being the only game in town for potentially decades. - Trip
