No. And the way that he shared the photo, I cannot even post a comment to ask him.

My tower tech friend was working on a tower by my mother-in-law's house and we had 4g most of the evening :-D I'll post screen shots tomorrow from my phone and my wife's S3.

If you can run the Sensorly app the next time you are connected, that would be great. Thanks!

Maybe Robert cam post a sticky about the Sensorly App and how important it is. Not sure how anyone on this site isn't using it for mapping LTE

Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2

I know right I've told so many people in Florida to run the app lol I still don't even see one dot

Sounds good. I want to find all the sprint towers by me. Where can i find a map?

After you become a Sponsor, you can click on this link to see the site maps in all 97 Sprint markets: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1377-network-vision-site-maps-all-markets/

How much do i have to donate? 5 10 15 etc?

There is no minimum donation. Just know that S4GRU is member supported and not for profit. We use all proceeds to keep us online.

We need on average $25 per Sponsor to cover our expenses. Some donate less, some donate more. I will let your wallet and your conscience be your guide.

I hope you guys can see these screenshots. Two from my Evo and two from my wife's S3. My phone definitely had a harder time getting on and staying on, although I noticed when my phone would switch back to 3G the signal wasn't usable (or ridiculously slow) from my wife's S3. The tower was about half a mile away from where we were (2 miles south of the Dade / Broward line on Red Rd. for those familiar with the area). My tower tech friend said they were doing tests and commissioning the new site, and they expect around 30 towers to be done by the end of the month (estimates he was told). They turn on 4g at night for testing. It was pretty cool... he was asking about the affects of it on our phones to see how it was working. The first speedtest I ran was only about 3 mbit but it dropped from 4g to 3g during the speedtest. We were inside so next time I'll try outside and with the Sensorly app.

Jaggrey, where exactly was this?

Thanks.

this is great new and yes where exactly are you located at? is it safe to say sprint LTE will soon be released here in Miami?

That tower is about 2 miles south of the Dade / Broward county line on Red Rd (NW 57th Ave.).
