I swear, the amount of sites that have posted negatively about the Sprint carrying the Essential Phone (and by extension, the HTC U11") exclusively, have increased ten fold since this mornings announcement. And that's not taken into account the comments made by Sprint haters. These folks need to get over it. -

Pretty good. And I don't stop using my phone (text, twitter and web). Ironically I don't use the phone part for calls. So I can't comment how good it is talking on the phone. TS

Well that same Saturday, I went to the store and was debating between fixing it, replacing it with another S7 Edge or move on to the S8+. I really wanted to hold out for the Note 8, but Miss "I'm throwing you a curve ball" Life lady got in the way. So I now have the S8+. Ironically, I didn't think much of the S8 or the S8+ when they were unveiled, but after using it for a few days, I have to take back my words and say, it really is quite impressive. TS

Well, I no longer have the S7 Edge. This past weekend, as I was entering the house, a big gust of wind slammed the storm door against me. Making me loose my grip on the S7E and it (like in a slow motion scene) fell on to the edge of the stairs and destroyed the display. aarrgghh.

by NYC I take it you mean Manhattan, because here in Queens (Briarwood, Hillcrest, Richmond Hill, and S. Ozone Park areas,) its been really bad the last couple of days. It's like the days of deployment past. I pass by quite a few sites and do not see any activity so I can't explain it. Maybe it's a anomaly. TS

Figures... So I'm outside taking out the garbage and miss the call from Sprint about the magic Box. But they left a voicemail and said that due to my location, I am not qualified to get the magic Box. But that they have other things that are available. Oh well.

I wonder if the call is from one place/area code or numerous places. I usually do not answer calls that I do not know the number but have since placing my order. And so far the calls coming in are not Sprint but telemarketers. arrgghh.

Source? That link does not mention who would be heading such a possible merger. Damn. That's totally uncalled for and low. Even for Legere haters. A legend, I don't think so. Maybe in his own mind, but I agree that his results and bringing the company to where it is at is impressive. As for the relationship of him and Son going way back. That's news to me. The one that I thought had a long time relationship with Son was with Dan Hesse and that didn't save him from continuing being CEO (among other factors).

Logo looks nice, I'm thinking if they ever are going to change the name, then make it reference the main asset they have. Spectrum. But since Charter has a hold on it, I figure maybe something along those lines. Spectre, Spectracom, Continuum, Gigacom come to mind. Or just leave it since who ever takes over will change it to whatever suits them anyway. TS
