  1. If Comcast and Charter bites...

I suspect SoftBank will fully divest. And will move on TMO

Are you saying that Son will split Sprint into two and give one to Comcast and the other to Charter to then go after T-Mobile. I thought his goal was to have both Sprint and T-Mobile as one big company.

  2. Would t4gru.com redirect here? :D

I guess it depends on what the newly merged company will be called (if the merge goes through). DT could dissolve Sprint and make it all T-Mobile, or Softbank would go ballistic and buy out T-Mobile USA and dissolve it or they could both come to some quasi merge and keep both companies under one umbrella much like what Sprint does with Virgin and Boost. Until that time, I would assume Robert would take the necessary measures in regard to both sites.

I wouldn't be surprised Amazon buying Sprint. Since they are buying everything else lately (Whole Foods, maybe Slack,) having a telecom would make them an empire. (If they weren't already).

Although I still feel Sprint tying up with Charter Communications will be ideal, more so than T-Mobile. But eh, time will tell.

  4. Facts are facts. The 4 most densely populated states in the US are NJ, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and CT in that order. Sprint has ignored large parts of every single one of those states and fails to provide adequate LTE coverage.

How can we expect Sprint to bring in customers.. especially if they're ignoring the US' most densely populated areas?

As for the other states, I can't comment, but I believe the reason NJ is the top most densely populated state according to the census is mainly because of the counties of Guttenberg, Union City, West NY, Hoboken, Cliffside Park and East Newark. They are in the top 10 along with NYC as the most densely populated cities and they all border NYC. Thus making them part of the NYC Metropolitan area. Maybe coverage further inland or southern NJ may not be up to par, but that I know of all those cities (mentioned) bordering NYC have good or adequate coverage.

  5. Well that same Saturday, I went to the store and was debating between fixing it, replacing it with another S7 Edge or move on to the S8+. I really wanted to hold out for the Note 8, but Miss "I'm throwing you a curve ball" Life lady got in the way. So I now have the S8+.

Ironically, I didn't think much of the S8 or the S8+ when they were unveiled, but after using it for a few days, I have to take back my words and say, it really is quite impressive.

  6. Well, I no longer have the S7 Edge. This past weekend, as I was entering the house, a big gust of wind slammed the storm door against me. Making me loose my grip on the S7E and it (like in a slow motion scene) fell on to the edge of the stairs and destroyed the display. aarrgghh.
