I still think that Sprint will release the Galaxy Note around the end of May/June only because historically for the last few years (5 to be exact) the months in which Sprint deploys phones has been May/June and Sept/Oct. Although I wouldn't doubt April would be a good month to deploy it. But as mentioned above, it may cut into the Nexus profits, so I figure April for Nexus and May/June for Note.
This should also fall in line with the 1st round of Network Vision being up and running in some areas (as per s4gru)

Been a customer of Sprint since March 31 2000.

Well I for one have not had any problems with customer service. In fact if memory serves me right, I only had two bad occurring with Sprint in the 11 years with them. One a billing error and the other a activation snafu that took hours and that was eons ago. Since then it was smooth service.

As much as I love my Motorola Photon 4G, I feel it may be my last one. I really miss the ability to install custom roms without hassle like I did with HTC EVO. Its a shame because I feel the Photon is one of the best devices I've had with Sprint.
As for Motorola changing its stance on bootloaders. I do not see it even with Google. Google has mentioned numerous times that Moto will be a separate run entity and not dictated by Google. The only wrinkle in that plan would be the massive amount of set top devices (cable boxes, etc) that Motorola makes. This would fall in line with both Google TV as well as Google broadband that is in being tested in Kansas City and eventually spread country wide.

Been with Sprint for over 11 years, currently with (Sprint wise) the Motorola Photon, and Hero, (non-Sprint) Notion Ink Adam, Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet, and Galaxy Tab.
I like what I see here and hope to contribute as best as I can.

Much like what member legion125 mentioned Sprint only throttles the data hogs violating roaming agreements. Eventually they just might to match the others but I figure we still have about 3 years before that decision is made.

I read somewhere that stated Sprint will be ushering LTE on the current Wimax cities throughout 2012 and they are doing it rather quickly. But damn if I can't find that article.

One thing that a lot of folks fail to realize is that Sprint wanted this device so badly and Apple knew this and set the terms. Sprint went for it hook line and sinker. Apple got what it wanted and so did Sprint, and Apple is under no obligation to offer Sprint an exclusive. It would be nice because it would bring new customers which Sprint needs badly but I doubt it unless Sprint pays dearly for the exclusive on top of what they already did for the previous deal.

The videos ove at Mobile Tech Review on the Note are impressive to say the least. Yeah it does look big, but they said the same about the EVO 4G, Photon 4G etc when they came out. I am waiting to see this device in person to determine if it looks bad holding up to your face making a call. lol Still the stylus and bigger screen is something I like.

I may be wrong in this, but I believe Sprint has to already have signed a deal with Samsung by now if they were to sell the Note/Journal. So any petition while helpful, may not be necessary. Either way I signed it as well a while back.
As for it being a LTE device only, due to the fact that Sprint has said that they will not issue anymore Wimax devices, I believe it when I see it. They said that statement yet they are offering the new 3G, 4G Wimax, 4G LTE hotspot coming soon as well. So it may be possible for them to pull a rabbit out of the hat and offer a multi-radio Note/Journal. At least I hope they will.

Comments related to the NV Running List Thread
in Network, Network Vision/LTE Deployment

Would it be fair to say that there is already a completed Live LTE area (Hammond, Indiana as per the article). If so why is it not listed on the NV running list? or am I reading it incorrectly?
