Some are saying that is just to get a better deal with T-Mobile. Now we have this latest refinancing deal.

I mentioned that a Sprint and Charter tie up would be better a few months ago. Change Sprint's name to Spectrum and be done with it.

Although it falls on a Tuesday this year, that doesn't stop the fact that the weekend before it or on that day, folks still get dressed up.

Interesting that the WSJ is saying today that

1-there is no breakup fee,

2-but instead a roaming deal if the merger does not go through.

3-Both DT's Tim Hoettges and Softbank Son would be co-chairmen with Legere as CEO.

Now we sit and wait for the merger announcement ball to drop. I feel it won't drop till Nov 10th or later, after the 2 upcoming conferences.

I don't know where commentator Clifton K Morris got his info from, but his comments are totally wrong. Just because Softbank has bank in its name does not mean it was, is a bank.

For those that like to root their phones and have a Note8, it has been rooted. See xda thread. (Snapdragon version)

True, but one never knows.  One thing that bugs me is that there is no mention of a breakup fee anywhere. If there was, I'll be more comfortable
