  1. I've seen it happen a couple times, but I'm not too worried about it since it's not affecting anything. Sent from my Note 4
  2. Yeah, I have another company for insurance. I pay less than that for both of our phones. Sent from my Note 4
  3. I haven't done a factory reset yet, but it seems like it has been rebooting less often than it had. I think it only did it once yesterday. Will Sprint order a replacement even if it's past the warranty? Mine has long since run out. I bought it on launch day. Sent from my Note 4
  4. Has anybody else had any trouble with random reboots since the upgrade? It seems mine has been rebooting on its own about 3 times per day. I know I should do a factory reset to get a clean install, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this same problem? Sent from my Note 4
  5. I picked up some B41 in Harrisonburg, VA yesterday as I was passing through. I didn't have time to stop, but I'm hopeful Shentel deploys it to more areas this year, especially after the ntelos acquisition goes through. Sent from my Note 4
  6. I'm about 99% sure it tops out at a 128GB card. I searched and found that referenced on a few different websites. Sent from my Note 4
  7. From what I've read, Samsung is still going to update the Note 4, at least to 6.0. That may be the last major update though as the phone is 16 months old now. Sent from my Note 4
  8. All my pins are the same length. I have not had any issues with the phone locking up, at least not since the 5.1 update. Sent from my Note 4
  9. That's the infamous android bug. Theres a lot of info on it earlier in this thread. You are truly on LTE, not 1x. Sent from my Note 4
  10. The speeds are great, but a 1000+ ping is horrible. I wonder why it's so high? Sent from my Note 4
  11. Also, report the issue through the Sprint Zone app. They do look at the issues being reported. Sent from my Note 4
  12. I haven't had any issues here, but I'm in another market (Shentel). You may want to post this in your market thread too, if you haven't done so already. There's a chance it could be a market problem and not an issue everywhere. Sent from my Note 4
  13. If you like your plan, you can keep your plan. Sent from my Note 4
  14. The sim card only affects LTE service. You can pull it out of a Sprint phone and still have 3G. Glad they got you a replacement though. Sent from my Note 4
  15. Can't you just have Sprint send you a new Sim card? Sent from my Note 4
  16. I'm headed to Holiday Lake 4-H camp near Appomattox on Friday. It appears I'll be in roaming coverage there (per Sprint map), but was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with that area, especially recently. Also, if anyone knows if they have Wifi there, that would be helpful. Maybe I could at least make calls with that if the cellular coverage is terrible. Thanks.
  17. Have you done a factory reset? I had some of those same issues until I did a factory reset. Sent from my Note 4
  18. My bank isn't supported by Samsung Pay yet, so that takes the temptation away to upgrade, but that loop pay system is pretty cool. It just works everywhere. Sent from my Note 4
  19. I have, but it's pretty limited where it can be used right now. You can delete a card anytime you want. Sent from my Note 4
  20. With the capability of having two carriers on PCS, can they both utilize higher bandwidth carriers? For instance, could they both be 10x10 or larger? With the spectrum assets of ntelos, they should have plenty of spectrum to do it (soon). With the lack of B41 spectrum in our area, I hope they can do that. Sent from my Note 4
  21. Strasburg, VA has 4 towers in the area. After checking all 4, two appear to have just 1 B25 carrier and 1 B26 carrier, one tower has 2 B25 carriers (both 5x5) and 1 B26 carrier. The remaining one has B26 and 2 B25 carriers, one being 10x10. It seems as though the tower where it is active is probably where the highest population density is, so it appears Shentel is really picking and choosing where to put the increased bandwidth, which makes sense. Sent from my Note 4
  22. I picked up at least one on 81 near the mall as I was passing by there earlier today. I didn't get a chance to today, but I'm hopeful next week I'll get to check more in Shenandoah Co to see how many more there are in my neck of the woods. I'm guessing Strasburg may possibly have it too, but I'll check. Sent from my Note 4
  23. Just found another 10x10 PCS second carrier in Woodstock, VA. It had to have happened in the past couple weeks. I'm going to check a few more and see if they are deploying this elsewhere yet. That's 3 towers in Woodstock that I know of that have it. Sent from my Note 4
  24. A new battery should help, but if you haven't done a factory reset since the 5.1 update, do it. My battery drained like crazy until I did a factory reset. I am getting easily twice the battery life since the reset a few months ago. Sent from my Note 4
