    Notes mentioned VOWiFi improvements/security patches and one other thing I forget at the moment. Thinking it was a nondescript 'bug fixes' reference but not sure. I ran it this morning after I got into work.

    With my Note 7, I tested it by turning on airplane mode, turning on Wi-Fi calling. Making a test call to and from. Sending a text to and from. No success with text over Wi-Fi (it will keep trying).

    This morning my G5 is asking me to do a system update. I'll give it a shot later in the day and try to see what's what.

     

    EDIT: Other than the patch level going up, I'm not sure I see any major changes off-hand.

    Received data for about an 80 mile stretch of I-90 around Missoula, Montana from one of my spotters.  Contains sectors 2 and 3 of CDMA and 01 and 02 of LTE.  Spot1 also had null GCI feature of SCP enabled, so I plotted those as well (small dots) to give us and idea of possible LTE coverage.  All data is presented,

    Of course I bought from MobileFun, BestBuy and mostly Amazon (Spigen Cases) and dbrand.

     

    I might keep the Samsung Wireless Charger and keep it as a stand for my phone at my desk.

     

    Guess I reach out and see when I get back to my state.

    Just lovely travelling with these. Banned except when off and not charging by the FAA.

    Now what to do with all the accessories I bought for this thing? More trash and what the heck is Samsung doing with all these phones? They going to scrape them or are they just going in a landfill?

    Sprint previously took accessories back if you bought them from Sprint.

    I didn't get a receipt for my new phone. They just handed me the new phone and activated it within 20 minutes.

     

    I submitted one and I'll see if they accept it, if not, that's fine.

    My is also approved. My receipt from Sprint was an exchange slip. My prior one was from the online account info.

    Filled out the form and selected other for phone type. I don't have it in hand yet but my status was changed to "Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and we are currently processing your gift for delivery."

    The confusion is why I don't like Samsung using such close sectors when they want to show something is different. Just look at what the triband B41 sectors. what are they going to do when 4th/5th/6th carrier starts to roll out. It is going to confuse people if SCP was labeling them 4th carrier when they are only second carrier.

    I think the real issue is when real markets are used rather than virtual (just the first three lettets of the gci). On going maintenance for SCP would also be great!
