  1. Here is one to get you started. Walk around in streetview all I did was go down a couple of the main roads and got lucky. Crown castle have a few up also unsure if sprint are on them but sprint should be on the ones with ibridges. https://www.google.com/maps/@44.951269,-93.0926147,3a,75y,211.08h,112.43t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sd4MqkhGrv8YNXB0fRhUROw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
  2. Your issue with 2xCA may be small cell related. Twin Cities were said to have a good number. If you see the puctures welcome.
  3. It may not be added into the neighbor list of the macro yet. It should be automatic though if the macro network support son. It may be a nokia and samsung can't talk to each other also.
  4. Connected to a B41 site near Auburn, Al which for some reason is in Georgia market. I have not heard of any B41 in the Georgia market so I guess I will leave it here. gci pci tac dl_chan strongest_rsrp strongest_latitude strongest_longitude [04545531] 300 8838 0 -102 32.747116 -85.280497 [04545532] 301 8838 0 -83 32.643587 -85.350309
  5. Connected to a few nokia mini macro sites along I85. Luckily I went through a couple hours before the bridge fire. gci pci tac dl_chan strongest_rsrp strongest_latitude strongest_longitude [03AA5932] 122 7638 0 -87 33.525919 -84.615696 [03AA5A3B] 120 7638 0 -101 33.501206 -84.638091 [03AA6439] 161 7652 0 -106 34.082037 -83.872862 [03AA7031] 381 7652 0 -103 34.114647 -83.772525 [03AA7132] 383 7652 0 -105 34.097227 -83.800432 [03AA7D32] 71 7629 0 -101 33.683212 -84.499802 [03AA9939] 32 7652 0 -100 34.126486 -83.734896 [03AA9A32] 31 7652 0 -95 34.117403 -83.761988 [03AA9B33] 30 7652 0 -105 34.125638 -83.739929 [03AA9B3B] 30 7652 0 -105 34.125954 -83.738692 [03AAC13A] 91 7652 0 -98 34.082037 -83.872862 [03AAC233] 90 7652 0 -102 34.09519 -83.818286 [03AAE332] 304 7652 0 -98 34.09519 -83.818286
  6. Found 4 new 8t8r GCI in my logs not sure if tybo31316 have found them already though. 1 in the center of Jacksonville and the others to the southwest while on I295. I already know what sites they go to but this is the public side of the site. 7. While you have it on your mind not sure if you want to fix sector 0x11 and mini micros. Sorry if syntaxs is wrong I am on my phone and never really messed with java. if(sector == 0x11){ if(GCI >= 0x7600000 && GCI < 0xBA00000){ // Samsung return 26;} else{ return 25;} } //mini macros starts with what looks like B25 but b41 sectors if(sector >= 0x31 && sector <= 0x43) return 41; I saw a mini macro west of atlanta so you may see them soon popping up.
  8. It IDs the bands 25 and 26 fine now. Thanks.
  9. S7 edge here If EARFCN = 0 can you hide it and do band lookup by GCI? It takes a line by itself and reporting B1.
  10. The gci is from the iphone is 0654A943. Meaning most likely 8t8r 3rd carrier. Convert the cell identity from dec to hex.
  11. Most sites there are sprint though 2 were nTelos. All of Western PA sites have been ignored until recently when GMOs were launched. If they are GMO LTE would shentel get the credit even though I am finding new GMOs all the time nearby? Just found 2 more in Pittsburgh market on I79. Only half the west pa gmos that have a predicted gci have been found and confirmed.
  12. That said pretty much the same thing as the news article. It only answers who control the nTelos sites. Not who cotrols the area for future development or if there was a transfer of sprint sites.
  13. Is there an actual document with the agreement? nTelos already had towers in these areas. I would have thought that Sprint's Cumberland would have launched GMO LTE when the rest of Western PA market launched. It is at the bottom of the spreadsheet "WA" so unsure if they had GCIs picked out yet.
  14. I think he was saying there are 2030 small cells nationwide around the corner. Not sure what the 30 is in there instead of a nice round number like 2000. How many small cells in LA does that make counting the Jonathan Kramer's tracking?
  15. Ahh. . . There is a slash not an "and" so those were grouped together as one big area. I-80 is a major road unless you feel like paying high PA tolls and going a southern road due to weather.
  16. So you can't connect to 00C07Cxx? Where your at it should only be one exit north. Not saying SC is good by any means as you could see in my logs the big gaps in data points. Another big road I80 the main road in between boston/nyc and chicago just launched parts of lte.
  17. Should be sprint but if there is no GCI with the site then we can't be sure. And better pictures would be nice but I am not sure it is an air harmony I don't see the iBridge and this thread is about airspan products. So better pic and a SCP would be the thing to prove it.
  18. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/3153-cheesy-esmrlte-base-station-tracker/?p=467710 This has help me track down a few sites around me. I just created a new fusion table and through the csv in to filter out the GCIs and found were the towers should be. If it is a small cell with only one sector something like cellmapper won't help and SCP logs will only get you in the area. A lot of them will be attached to lights already in the ground and I think they will be hard to spot unless you know what you are looking for. https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0468544,-118.2455137,3a,45.8y,268.56h,124.02t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sLaTz9yLKzVoW4b_DK1re0w!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1 https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0631252,-118.3091275,3a,15y,145.99h,102.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sk7ffahVhAlXrxaaQ3LS2bQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1 https://www.google.com/maps/@34.0633423,-118.2916599,3a,15y,100.08h,121.78t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1skJ5kFAwbOkkqCnmqIIAOog!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1
  19. I was thinking markets not states and I still view Myrtle Beach market as a NC market because it goes clear to New Bern, NC. I knew of your one site but wouldn't it be 2 since you have a seasonal cow at the beach. My point is that the vast majority of sprint markets have more B41 sites than Shentel even if you through in SC/GA coast and the southern states of Ark, Miss, and AL. But Shentel is looked at as the genius at deployment while their deployment is just as slow (and slower on the national since sprint is focusing on the big cities most) and does not include more than 2xCA.
  20. Please list the markets that are tracked and <25%. The only ones I can think of are West PA(tracked-0),South Carolina(untracked-0), and Jacksonville(semi-tracked-12 or 3% but lots of Clearwire). Most markets are greater than 25% even Delaware that was complained about a few post up is only short by 6 sites of 25% and that is without half the data in Wilmington a major city in DE being tracked.
  21. So you are ok with <25% B41 installed and no 3xCA? Why is the rest of sprint with >60% B41 bad then?
  22. I have connected to a higher percentage of sites with B41 in Tampa than I do in Orlando. Which is my point if it is not being tracked you don't know. I have never had an issue streaming on I75 most of which is Jacksonville market. The first Tampa market site is south of exit 301. It goes 1 B25/B26 then 1 B41 then 2 more B25/B26 then mostly B41 in Tampa market.
  23. Just because Jacksonville, the panhandle and South Carolina have a limited number of 8t8r does not mean the rest of the country does. Tampa for example has a lot of B41 in the city and St Petersburg then up US19. Daytona Beach, Jupiter, Naples, and Lakeland all are covered by B41. B41 is even in the Florida rural parts like Lake Wales and Placid Lakes. In Eastern Michigan all the sites on US 23 from Toledo to Saginaw have B41 on live. If markets are not tracked how do you know what they lack? B41 is under reported and yes I have kept track of these markets waiting for someone to pick up the mantle for these markets.
  24. They stopped talking about what they are doing that is why it is important for market tracking. We would not know about Madison, Columbus, Cleveland, LA, SF and more cities with small cells if it were not for places like this website and other sites tracking. Samsung GMOs are launching LTE spreading LTE coverage to more rural areas. B41 is still spreading on more and more sites every week. I tired of people complaining about sprint doing these forward looking events. It is the Mobile World Congress what are they suppose to do sit events out? Let me put forward the prediction that at the next event people will be complaining about the same thing "Why is sprint making announcement about the future at this event that is about future tech and not doing it?".
