  1. I do know that Ntelos will work off of a Airave.
  2. it was not a pot shot at Sprint, but more of a example that the front line employees need not to know. My opinion would have been the same no matter what company it was based on the comment that was made. I believe Sprint has something good going on. I want in on it at the beginning. The reason I want it is because of how things are explained to me from this site. The last sentence you have posted from above is something that probably describes the situation perfectly. I think the average person who knows nothing of this would be more understanding if that was some type of small campaign. And until the dust settles, we are going to have some problems.
  3. Yes it matters. They should acknowledge that they have a problem and be able to have a front line employee and have them explain it to me as a customer so I could make a educated choice. Install front line are telling ppl to take their phone bad thinking something is wrong with it, when in reality nothing is wrong with the phone. If Sprint just ignores their front line employees that here what their customer wants, then they will stay at number 3 or even go out of business. Sprint is nothing without their customers.
  4. I wonder if this eCSFB problem is making it difficult distinguish between a faulty phone and a eCSFB issue.

    LG G2 Users Thread!

We know the G2 and N5 are having lte problems on Band 25. But is the S4T and HTC One having the problems also? That would help out if its a LG issue or not.
  6. The following phones support the Wifi calling that someone just posted on sprint for me. The Kyocera Hydro EDGE, Kyocera Torque and Kyocera Rise all have Wifi Calling
  7. You see I live in a wooded area. Would like to have some coverage more out side of my house. 800 Could help in a place like a hospital where you might need to penetrate several walls it to get coverage through out a building and you would need less small cell sites to keep cost down. Beside if coverage to much, you can always turn down the power. I think see the benefit of this also seeing how the Airave 2.5 Plus has band 26 in it. If Band 26 wasn't a benefit then they would have just left it as Band 25.
  8. I just don't get the 2600 thing. Why would ppl push so hard for a band that doesn't travel as far or have good penetration. I understand using it to offload user from other bands to free up congestion. 800 should be priority to me.

    Photon q

I'm thinking about getting used Phonton for my daughter. How good of a phone is it? I think I read that the RF is not any good in the forum some where. Is there anything I need to look out for?
  10. And the the 225 is with tax. Is that correct?
  11. Need some help here with figuring out the old plans. I'm thinking about taking over a everything family plan. Going to have 4 phones on it. I know that should bring it up to about $210. I get a 15% discount, but I know it only applies for the first phone or first two line, Not sure which. How much should my monthly charges be with the 15% discount (I know it doesn't apply to the full 210). Thanks for any help.

    LG G2 Users Thread!

This might be a stupid question, but has anyone call Sprint and see of they are aware of the issue? Maybe they know of it and there are plans for a fix. Or is it to early for them to provide support for the phone? Seeing how just employees have gotten the phone so far.
  13. I wanted a old plan also that was at Wal-Mart. There was nothing they could do for me. Even called their DM. Looks like there is a few ppl out there that still want the old plan, including me. We just out of luck.
  14. The below quote was the point I was trying to make. It would be cheaper as a walk in customer with 4 lines than using the EPRP based on the check out price. It's not discounting the additional lines.
  15. Is there something wrong with the EPRP web sight? I thought it was suppose to be cheaper going through it. If you go to check out it charges you $50.00 per phone for basic. that is $20 more per month than just walking in as a regular customer! And I use it under the family plan. It almost work like individual plan. Or maybe I'm just missing something here.
  16. I did not see it also this morning. If you know of anther way of getting it please let me know.
  17. I so did not want to see these plans go until after Dec.. As much as I want to come over to Sprint, the switch will just cost to much per year now for me to switch. Guess I'll be a Ntelos for a while now.
  18. I'm sure Ntelos would be one also since they just agreed on new contract terms. And Ntelos is suppose to role out their 4g this 4th quarter also.
  19. I have a couple of Ntelos towers here in the Fredericksburg/Spotyslvania VA area that show that the tower is somewhere off the coast of Greenland. It also shows the same thing when I roam on Verizon at the same spot (I roam on verizon sometimes once I go into my work building or get no signal). So is it a coordinates that the tower has that all the carriers use or just something that the carriers are doing? Its Sprint job to provide us a good service to the best of there ability. Even though providing useful coordinates is not a primary concern. But it would provide us a good service on weather or not there network would be good for us as a customer for work or home. In doing this would give more respect from me as a customer. Instead of playing hide and go seek with towers.
  20. Since Sprint Roams on Verizon, does this mean this phone will not roam on the Verizon network if activated with Sprint?
  21. I'm on Ntelos, but have the opposite problem. It wants to hang on to Ntelos signal for dear life before it goes to Sprint signal. Which is understandable. I'm hoping Ntelos will be bought out by Sprint soon, which only makes sense, instead of spending money building out in all of their area were Ntelos is. Since Ntelos uses Sprint for everything outside of there region for native coverage (Roaming on Verizon). Can the phones has Ntelos now be able to use SMR 800 voice now? If not how about in the future? What do you think will happen when the Sprint Ntelos contract ends? My bet is that Sprint will be buying Ntelos(Hoping anyways). Especially since Ntelos separated the cable and wireless part of the company.
  22. Think Sprint would buy Ntelos seeing how there was talk about it in 2010?
  23. Guess I will have to stick with Ntelos. I was going to switch to Sprint in January, but if they do not offer me the everything plan for 4 phone, then i will not do it. It would cost me at least $600.00 a year for the new plan they have out. I draw the line at 200.00 a month right now. Just can't afford any more.
  24. Why would you want or need to connect to 800 if you have great 1900? You would just be clogging up the 800 network for people that need it.
