  1. Yeah, that's true. I bet since Dish has relented a little bit the H block gets tacked on to PCS, which means yet another new band. Sigh.
  2. That would require a band right? would that include that in the H block band or could they hack it together using band 23?
  3. Plus it would need a class II permissive change and be re-certified by the FCC.
  4. Yeah, I see no reason for the H block to gain any size given where AWS-3 will be located.
  5. Not unless we got the wrong FCC doc, otherwise you're out of luck.
  6. Yes, I hope so as well. Hopefully band 26 starts to get going soon.
  7. Nah, I think unless Dish comes in and jacks up the price they'll buy it all. You can always expand if you have the spectrum to do so but if you don't have the spectrum you're stuck.
  8. Gotcha, I have a couple guesses as to what it could be but I hate to speculate.
  9. I kinda of get but it's all about what you value most and most people posting here should value the Tri band handset.
  10. I disagree, I had a ton of fun in High School and enjoyed it very much.
  11. I, for one, welcome our new Tri Band overlords.
  12. Was this really the "rioting in the streets" post?
  13. If I'm reading it right, it looks like 23.5 on every LTE band and 25 and CDMA, at least that's what some table in the SAR part says so I dunno.
  14. I just realized that AJ failed to mention that while on same 28nm that's been used since 8960 the 8974 moves from LP to HPm.
  15. AJ is a great writer who efficiently uses his technical knowledge, but unless you know something because you're an author as well, it could still easily be a bad uh oh.

    LG Optimus G

It doesn't support LTE-A, for that you need the latest chips (like the one in the G2).
  17. When you scan you can arrange what type of airlink you want the device on, something similar doesn't exist for LTE bands?
  18. You can't prioritize bands in LTE?
  19. But I thought they are the only ones with FCC approval for dual mode?
  20. Like AJ said it's up to the device to select which band it gets, however you have to take into account that band 41 will likely be the first priority so when it scans it should attach to it until the signal starts to deteriorate.
  21. I would, but I know that I would never use the extra 16 (or 32)GB anyway.
  22. If they don't define fair then it's kinda pointless. It's like a parent telling a child to "play nice."
