At Davis now. Do I update my PRL or is it a bad idea?

a PRL update is never really a bad idea, but are you on a Note 2? If so, you shouldn't have the same issues connecting to LTE because your phone has separate radios for LTE and CDMA

Any updates for the Stockton area? My connection has been ok the spotty

Not to my knowledge but last check it was mainly cell sites on tops of buildings that were left untouched.

Only a handful of towers has the NV equipment.

Others that I've been keeping a close eye off haven't had any work done to them so we just keep on waiting.

With nearby cities like lathrop, Manteca, Tracy, Modesto, and Lodi who all have NV equipment and 3G accepted at minimum no doubt they'll start working on the remaining towers that don't have any NV equipment.

Which reminds me I need to check the UOP campus on my next visit. A tower by the soccer field was being worked on..

Lodi has 4 towers with two belonging to San Joaquin County jurisdiction and two belonging to city of lodi jurisdiction. . Stockton has 20 which belong to the inept and bankrupt Stockton govt jurisdiction.

On one hand you have two local entities that are very efficient with permitting and zoning and on the other you do not. Add in a bit of gross incompetence with contractors and deployment managers and you have delays.

We're all in this together. Gross incompetence and consistent delays on the Sprint side up here as well. It's what it is I guess...

I understand, but can't sprint leap ahead of Verizon or at least move up to the same level because of sprints nv plan?

They can if they execute the deployment on time and efficiently which they have not.

Do you think son will push the nv plan quicker?

The B41 NV 2.0 deployment is already going faster both in permitting and physical installations than network vision 1.0 ever went. There are original permits still lagging about whereas most NV 2.0 permits are already approved or close to approval merely about a month after initial application.

$8 billion in CAPEX with the majority earmarked for just the network vision 2.0 deployment of 8T8R B41 can do a great many things like hiring contractors that actually do their job well... money talks when you're dealing with contractors and the new ones look to be in great shape.

What's the difference between nv 1.0 and nv 2.0?

Anybody know whats being done at the tower thats in Inderkum HS's football stadium in natomas? I seem to get strong signal when I'm in that area but i don't know if thats a sprint tower or not. Last week a crew erected what looks like a COW right next to that tower and they took off antenna panels and they just put in a triangular rack thats seen on most cell towers. Before it was just the antenna panels on the pole without a rack. I'll take pics if anybody can tell me if thats a sprint tower or not.

Nope. Sprint antennas are on Arco Arena.

Basic sponsors have access to my created map that has exact address and locations of all Sprint cell sites in our market along with their current status if you're interested in that sort of knowledge.
