There are now two tiers tier one is non smart phones and possibly people with no premium data and it goes 200, 150, 100 50. Then tier two is 275, 225, 175 , 100.

 

To do either one you have to trade in your old device and have device and have the offer in your account.

Thanks for all the info, went in and upgraded her phone to an iPhone 5 from a Moto Photon EVDO. I activated a old Moto Razr on the line before I went in and it was $100 plus the cost of the phone to upgrade. It didn't seem to matter if it was a smart phone or not.
