Pings of 110+ to Chicago is not even remotely close to normal or acceptable.

Neither of these. Audio issues. Cutting out and terrible audio quality are the two biggest things. People have a great signal and good data performance and they're still having these issues. I don't think I've seen anyone complain about dropped calls yet. Coverage is not the main issue. It may be a small contributing factor, but definitely not the main issue.

For overall performance or something else?

There have been tons of complaints about issues with VoLTE, not dropping calls due to poor LTE coverage.

RootMetrics has released all of their 2H 2019 data. Let's have a look at the National RootScore report for 2H 2019. Overall Performance: Sprint's overall performance score dropped score dropped a fair bit from the 1H 2019 report. Sprint's overall performance score was 83.2, down from 86.7 on the 1H 2019 report. This can be attributed to the major decrease in call performance and a moderate decrease in network reliability. They are in last for overall performance. Network Reliability: Sprint's network reliability score also dropped from the 1H 2019 report. Sprint's network reliability score is 85.1, down from 88.7 on the 1H 2019 report. I assume this is also attributable to the major decrease in call performance. They are in last on network reliability. Network Speed: Sprint's network speed score rose slightly from the 1H 2019 report. Sprint's network speed score is 83.9, up from 83.4 on the 1H 2019 report. They are in last for network speed. Data Performance: Sprint's data performance score only rose by 0.1 points. Sprint's data performance score is 88.9, up from 88.8 on the 1H 2019 report. They are in last for data performance. Call Performance: Sprint's call performance plummeted. I speculate that this is attributed to all of the teething issues with the VoLTE rollout. Sprint's call performance score is 73.7, down from 82.7 on the 1H 2019 report. That's a 9 point drop in 6 months. Unacceptable. They are in last for call performance. Text Performance: Sprint's text performance rose slightly from the 1H 2019 report. Sprint's text performance score was 95.5, up from 95 on the 1H 2019 report. They are in third for text performance.

Of course they are. They have to. What does it mean? Nothing.

I've filed hundreds (maybe even 1000+) of detailed reports over two years and they've done exactly nothing. If you live in a place where they make money then they'll fix your issues. If you live in an area where they don't make any money or make very little money (where I live, where mum lives), nothing will ever happen no matter what you do. So it depends on where you are.

Ookla has published their report. Sprint came in third for overall speed, second for LTE speed. https://www.speedtest.net/insights/blog/football-stadium-speed-2020/ TLDR: Verizon wins overall thanks to excellent 5G speeds (297.18Mbps average overall). It did however come in last for LTE speed (30.67Mbps average LTE speed). T-Mobile comes in second for overall download speed (121.93Mbps average overall). First for LTE speed (66.35Mbps average LTE speed). Sprint was in third for overall speed (114.93Mbps average overall). Second for LTE speed behind T-Mobile (56.16Mbps average LTE speed). AT&T came in last again for overall speed (103.68Mbps average overall). Third in LTE speed (39.18Mbps average LTE speed). 5G Specific data: Verizon had the fastest 5G thanks to their mmWave. They had an average 5G download speed of 646.17Mbps. They had the slowest average 5G uploads at 9.86Mbps. Verizon had the worst average 5G latency at 91ms. T-Mobile came in second for 5G speed thanks to the mmWave they also rolled out. Their average 5G download speed was 348.33Mbps. They had the fastest 5G upload speed at 28.89Mbps. Their average 5G latency was 32ms. Sprint came in third for 5G speed. Their average 5G download speed was 225.78Mbps. Their average 5G upload speed was 15.39Mbps. Their average 5G latency was 15ms, the best of the three reported. AT&T didn't make the 5G cut. According to Ookla there were less than 10 AT&T 5G tests. As a result they didn't make it in.

I've been refreshing it frequently and it keeps changing between two graphs. I love how the hourly data is from yesterday.

Graph has updated. Sprint is in last again. These graphs are garbage. What is it based on?? You refresh it and it changes to something else. Median download speeds hardly ever update.

AT&T is diving. Their Excellent Consistent Quality score has plummeted to zero as well. They must be really garbage there.

Did a test at 3:30 in the morning. 102Mbps down, 12.4Mbps up, 95ms ping.

Averages coming up slowly. Still a garbage display by all. Sprint is still firmly in last. Verizon is running away with it on speed. As of writing this, these are the current averages: Verizon: 25.86Mbps AT&T: 17.3Mbps T-Mobile: 16.03Mbps Sprint: 13.56Mbps

The hourly speeds on the Tutela dashboard are so inconsistent holy wow. Median download speeds are starting to go up but they're still garbage for all 4 carriers.

Tutela has a live dashboard showing the performance of all 4 carriers at and immediately around the stadium. So far, it's an absolutely garbage display by all 4 carriers. Median download speed should be 50Mbps minimum for a recently upgraded network with almost no load. Completely unacceptable.

I don't know if they do more uploading than downloading. Probably equal uploads and downloads if I had to guess. But yeah, uploads are going to suck again like they did last year.
