  1. That probably depends on how many people want to shell out money for a tri-band LTE device. A lot of people are locked into a two year contract with their current device that supports 1900 LTE only.
  2. Yeah that's pretty much how it's been. EVDO has been useless for the most part. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  3. I'm in Vegas for vacation and as soon as I landed and I've been picking up CDMA 1X 800. I'm on digiblurs custom PRL. My wife on a stock GS3 and stock PRL can't pick it up for some reason. I went ahead and updated PRL to stock and then couldn't pick it up. Reverted back to custom PRL and I've got it again. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  4. Wouldn't it be funny if Sprint was like mehhhh.... today doesn't seem like a good day. lets wait a couple more.
  5. Thanks for the report, but this is largely a fait accompli now. Since the rural western portions of SID 4139 have now gone NID 308, even the rural northern portions of SID 4198 have now gone NID 308, there is little doubt that Sprint's entire Kansas market is going NID 308. No matter what, Spring Hill would have followed along. The only real question mark remaining is whether the Wichita metro will also be consolidated into NID 308. AJ My brother lives close to down town in Wichita and I just had him check. He is showing 308 Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4 Beta

  7. Yeah it didnt make sense to me either. I rather see the T6 pan out
  8. Interesting. Possibly the Butterfly S heading to Sprint. http://www.talkandroid.com/165587-htc-butterfly-s-rumored-to-head-to-sprint-not-verizon/
  9. I've seen this a couple of times as well when I loose lose 4G. When you have this happen to you again, pull up the debug and you can still see it reporting an RSRP value, but you are not actually connected to LTE. Eventually it will go away.
  10. lol... that was super easy. S-OFF'd in a couple of minutes.
  11. http://phandroid.com/2013/06/07/htc-t6-dimensions-leaked-blueprints-give-us-an-idea-of-what-the-phablet-could-look-like/ I really hope all those specs are true and it comes with tri-band LTE.
  12. If you get the roaming issue sorted out and are still looking for a way to update the PRL, the easiest thing to do is modify the line "ro.build.type" in your build.prop from user to dev, save and reboot. That will allow the dialer code ##778# to respond and from there you can install PRLs via the phone rather than relying on a PC and QPST.
  13. Here is also another rumor to a 5.9" device.... Maybe a Snapdragon 800 http://www.talkandroid.com/163709-htc-m4-set-for-a-june-release-date-with-the-butterfly-2-to-follow-in-the-third-quarter-of-2013/
  14. I'll pick it up as well if it has got band 26 and 41 as well. Also would like to see how radio performance is after it gets out.

    3.16 RUU yet ?

Can you manually put a new ROM on to your SD card and flash that via TWRP? Also, are you S-OFF? If so there is a decrypted 3.15 RUU zip somewhere on XDA. All you need to do is download that and rename it to PJ75IMG.zip and put it on to your SD card. Then boot back into bootloader and run that update.
  16. Yeah......... but how fast can it load Crysis?
  17. You'll need to check out your RSRP values rather than relying on the signal bars. This same thing has happened to me. My serving site for when I'm at work had been active with LTE for about a month now, but for the past week I haven't been able to get LTE.
  18. Robert, maybe quote AJ's post in your first post so that way new visitors will see that right off the bat. If S4GRU doesn't get anymore sponsors before the 23rd I'll make sure to pitch in some more. We can't let this countdown timer go unsponsored!
  19. Under Settings then mobile data, the network mode needs to be set to LTE/CDMA.
  20. Agreed. The $1.99 for the app was a no brainer. Allows you to adjust much more and also put your readings up in the notification bar. Many thanks to mikejeep and his work.
  21. No new radio.img but looks like an HBOOT inluded in there along with an rcdata.img.
  22. I'm pretty sure it was confirmed the EVO LTE will get Sense 5.
