  1. Seems fine here in Louisville. Below is a B25 speedtest in South Louisville. Might be doing something to your site. I've had a couple around here that act like that for a day or two. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  2. B26 has the same max throughput as B25, both are 5x5 carriers. The spark speeds will come when NSN installs the new B41 equipment. That should be starting in the coming months if not sooner. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  3. Also, if your having the drop to 3g problem with a spark phone its probably due to lack of csfb currently for most if not all b26 in KY. That will make it drop back to 3g especially if you have B26 set as a higher priority than B25. Hopefully Ericsson is quick to get eCSFB up and running. Another possible csfb related problem is that a lot of sites just recently switched to broadcasting 1x/evdo on the new NV hardware. I believe this requires csfb to be setup again for the new equipment. Hopefully both of these problems will clear up in a week or so. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  4. B26 is live in lots of places now. Picking it up in Louisville and all over the state. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. My G2 never had any issues staying connected last week when I was in Lexington, and I had B26 almost the entire time. CSFB seemed to be working as well, I tried several calls into my phone and all came through and went back to B26. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  6. Still no change for this site. Besides fiber, there is absolutely no sign that an upgrade is even planned. Going on 15 months now since I noticed the Windstream fiber. All of the other sites that were pulled around the same time have been active for 6 months or more. It pretty much has to be a city issue at this point. I wish I knew someone within engineering. If the city is giving them too much grief on their current location, then there is an actual cell tower not more than 1/4 mile from the current site where every other carrier is setup. There is plenty of space at the same elevation or even much higher that the current setup. I got another message from Sprint telling me that they are upgrading one of the towers I use most, hopefully it means this one. I'll check it again at the end of the week when I get back from Nashville.
  7. After running for few days I've noticed the null values are back. Probably about 10% of entries. Also noticed it on my tmo N5 as well. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  8. I finally got around to getting my market's site notes loaded into SCP. Here is a broad overview of what I did: exported fusion table data to .csv file. cleared all data from file except notes column and GCI (There was a lot of other data I didn't need for this so I got rid of it,) added column for plmn and inserted value (since this is needed to identify site) cleared log on phone and pulled it to my PC. (I wanted it blank since it stops searching at the first GCI match) opened DB and created additional table called import imported csv file to import Ran SQL line: insert into sites_lte ('user_ note', plmn, gci)select usernote, plmn, gci from import Saved DB and pushed it back to my phone. Seems to be working fine so far, just need to finish putting notes with some sites do a little clean up.
  9. Mine seems to be working again after clearing all logs and uninstalling and reinstalling SCP. Six values logged after doing that with no null values. Also, I sent my dB in an email late last night. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  10. Anybody else starting to get null values in their LTE log? It has been working fine for me until yesterday.
  11. I checked tonight and I have the EVRC_NW SO on my G2 in the West KY market now. Seems like its enabled here as well. East/West Ky are served from the same MSC so its likely enabled across both markets.
  12. Nothing yet. I check it at least once per week. The only sign of NV work at the site is the Windstream fiber that was ran over a year ago. I think at this point it has to be some sort of permitting or engineering issue specific to Shepherdsville with the city. Several of the neighboring towers are similar structures (water towers) and have been upgraded either as a full build site or as a GMO. Those close sites also are using Windstream fiber so I doubt there is an issue with that. Even if there was an issue with backhaul, they have been converting the sites and 3G accepting the equipment using the old T1 lines. The fact that there is not a trace of work leads me to believe that the city is holding something up. This site needs NV badly. Tonight at 11:30 in the middle of town EvDo was so bad I could not stream spotify on the lowest quality settings at all. Couldn't even get my email to update. This site seems to be way overburdened, which is a bit shocking seeing that all of its neighboring sites are broadcasting LTE. These sites bleed significantly into this cells territory, which should help to relieve some of the stress from this site. The fact that it is still under performing so badly means that either there is just not enough T1s bonded together, or that there is a data abuser somewhere on the cell sucking up the bandwidth. I think (hope) it is the first one, meaning that Sprint is not adding additional T1s to the site as they are getting ready to rip out the old equipment anyway. This site has been bad for as far as I can remember. I have to use my tmo hot spot if I need data in town. As soon as I go north, south, or east, I pick LTE back up. Its a fairly small area that this site still serves for 3G. Long story short, I have no idea what the issue is, but I hope it gets resolved quickly.
  13. Might be an issue with that one tower if that is the only spot you have issues. I have been all over louisville this week for work and haven't noticed any difference. The only area i have issues with lte is the east end as there are still several sites left to be converted. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  14. Its in Louisville, KY (Jefferson county). Its on the campus of the University of Louisville. It is the only site I have seen around here like that.
  15. Here are pics of the equipment mounted. Hasn't been accepted yet.
  16. Apparently a lot of places got that today. Seen it posted on here several times today. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  17. There should be quite a bit of lte in Carbondale now. Its not fully complete yet but someone has mapped some of the coverage on sensorly. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  18. Its to the point now that most of the legacy sites remaining are Samsung equipment. I thought for sure that Samsung would finish before Ericsson, especially since they only have about 10% of our market if that. Surprisingly its not the first time Ericsson has impressed me in a good way recently.
  19. Its not like its completely void of LTE. There are sites complete in the East end. It just happens to be the highest concentration of legacy sites remaining. Pforst stated the other day that he though he saw conversion ongoing at one of the remaining towers. The city as a whole is roughly 85% complete. Deep downtown and the East End are the majority of remaining sites. The only time I see 3G on my phone anymore is when i go into my office building near Hurstbourne and Westport Rd.
  20. Somebody's got to be first, somebody's got to be last. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  21. It will probably be included in the next launch. City is mainly done with just a handful of sites remaining. West KY had made huge progress in the past 6 weeks. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
  22. The funny part is that in the beginning of network vision, everyone was jealous of Ericsson because they were the ones firing up LTE the most. ALU and Samsung were 3G focused in the beginning if I remember right.
