  1. I have noticed that when SA N71 works Android auto will show 5G for signal indicator. When on NSA with LTE it always reports LTE even when the phone says 5G. After another update SA seems to work more than it did, but I still get blocked from time to time. I found a reddit thread with people discussing similar issues and apparently one of them was told by T-Mobile that it was a Samsung issue not a network issue. No idea how true that is though. 2. Well if it'll work Iike on my T-Mobile phone the unlocked version isn't missing much. For me SA will work for a minute then go back to saying "Roaming Not Allowed". Worked for about 20 minutes earlier now its back to that again.
  3. Looks that way. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  4. Finally caught SA N71 working again. I don't see TAC reported anymore but the value it was reporting before was so long im not sure if it was correct or not. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  5. The GSM block is gone but I am still seeing the 5G block even when I have no 5G connection. Sent a report. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  6. I am seeing the GSM and NR info blocks even when not connected to those. Tried exiting and restarting SCP but they are still there. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  7. Just sent a report from each phone. Can't get SA NR to work on T-Mobile right now, I'm back to getting the Roaming Not Allowed message. Not sure whats going on with that. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  8. NSA N5 on my other phone. Looks like the 5G block got moved below the neighbor notes. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  9. Definitely making progress! Sent a couple reports as well. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  10. Out of curiosity how long does it usually take for an update to process? I know some of the YouTube channels I watch have mentioned similar issues with videos processing once they're uploaded. I wonder if its related to that.
  11. And... its gone again. Back to no connection with the roaming not allowed message. WTF.
  12. And its back up today. Speeds seem good for 10x10. I did test calling, I was able to get my phone to ring while on SA N71 but no audio passed either way. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  13. I finally experienced SA N71 earlier for the first time. Caught it just outside of Louisville headed back into town, I was able to force my phone to SA N71 only and held it until I got to my office. I set everything back to enabled when I went into my office so I could use our CellSpot. On my way home I forced SA N71 again but never connected to it. The MM5G update line always says "Roaming not allowed". I passed several N71 towers on my way home and cycled both airplane mode and toggling between everything enabled and just SA N71 with no luck. I wonder if they are still testing and configuring the core or something. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

  15. @mikejeep just sent you some reports from my S20+ on SA N71. Let me know if you need more.

  17. Hey Mike, any progress on getting the NR band info to show on Samsung phones? Not sure if it was working on others or not. Now that T-Mobile is making progress on deploying N41 it'd be helped to know which of the two I'm on. I'll continue to send diagnostic reports in as my phones get updates in case anything useful shows up. Hopefully I'll be able to get you some SA NR data soon.
  18. Haven't found any SA N71 yet in Louisville or southern Indiana. I did use the RAT menu (*#2263#) to force to N71SA but I kept getting this: (Also, the samsung band selector app doesn't seem to work for any NR bands, it does great for LTE though. For example I only enabled B2, B66 LTE and N41 in the app to search for N41 but still kept getting N71. RAT menu works for now. Hopefully they can get that working through the app too since its faster to do it that way. Same spot with everything enabled:
  19. New update on my T-Mobile S20+ this morning.
  20. Its right next to I64 as soon as you get across the bridge in New Albany Indiana.
  21. I was able to go back to this area today to track this site down and do some testing. The site is also broadcasting a 20MHz B41 carrier, using a different GCI than the rest of the LTE bands on the site. B2/B66 are on 0064C0xx, B41 LTE was broadcasting on 01A539xx. B41 only speedtest: Some other notes, this site is only mapped as 2/4(66) on cellmapper. I didn't think to test but I don't see the typical 600MHz equipment on this site. Not sure why they wouldn't have added that as well, not sure if B12 is present or not either. I did see other B41 neighbors with PCIs different than the 3 associated with this site, so likely there is another site somewhere nearby. B41 LTE did not aggregate with anything else, I had to force my phone to B41 only to connect to it. No B41/N41 at least yet.
  22. I thought the site looked a little different than what the street view shot showed, looks like the site was reconfigured a little when they added 600MHz. I was able to get a picture when I drove by it again today. It was broadcasting N71.
  23. I believe so, I have a -54 RSRP for strongest in my log right next to that structure. Thats right on the water front and next to the KFC Yum Center so I can see why they need the capacity. They also have those huge panels around Churchill Downs as well.
