Any "must have" or "neat" apps I should look into getting from Samasung's app store? I have a note 2. What do you guys find interesting there that's not on Google's Play Store.

Speech to text by pressing the mike button next to the space bar on it works surprising well, I find my self using it a lot when using talk.

Is there something special about 800k subscribers on iDEN? Is it a magic number somehow once you hit it the FCC will let you wield the sword of Azeroth and leigh siege to the Nextel horde? I've been playing too much WOW...

I went thru like 6 EVOs in 2 years. Bad screens mostly. Sprint just gave me a new phone each time. The last time it was out of warranty and I had to pay $20 I think, but someone said out of warranty replacement cost them $35. Thanks. I wish you had an LTE phone so you could find LTE spots as they pop up. I just upgrade form the EVO to the Note 2. Lost WIMAX but I can set and watch status bar waiting for LTE now... First Joplin then later St Louis and my tower.

Im surprised that web pages seem to load a lot faster on the Note 2 (3G connection) than they did on my EVO 4G (wimax connection). I would have thought the connection speed difference couldn't have been more a speed boost than the quad core. Im impressed. Battery lasted 18 hours till it beeped for a charge just now with heavy use so that's much better with connection optimizer turned off and that one battery hog app killed. Im considering just staying stock. That root only add blocker worth it?

Note 2 detail the same as the S3? Not that I will need for a few months.

Its sooo fast it will do it in 500 mhz... I think it will do cdma 1x and voice on it if I remember right but no phone till late next year will have 800 mhz LTE.

Love it but a couple things are driving me nuts. I may be forced to look in the manual. <sigh> I have wifi off in settings and turn it off with the pull down settings thing but it keeps turning it self back on. I think its the connection manager but haven't found a solution yet. My battery didn't last a full day at work is the other thing but I think Astro file manager may have done me in It showed 42% of the battery use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.metago.astro Some of the reviews had more home screens and neater transitions than what I have. The settings to update this stuff isn't a easy as it should be to find IMHO. Guys at work loved it

I know it doesn't mean much but today was the first time I could check. I was looking in network phone info status and it shows my network type is eHRPD:13. That mean the phone setting or the tower?
