  1. http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/sprint-16-30-rural-lte-roaming-partners-have-now-launched-lte-service ^ I think this is the complete list although I may be wrong. One thing I would really love to see for Sprint to make USCC LTE roaming Extended. That would be awesome.
  2. Looks like the coverage map was updated again yesterday. The biggest thing that jumped out at me was a large addition in USCC LTE roaming on the west coast. Native coverage seems more or less the same.
  3. The best/smartest choice, in my opinion, would be to shut CDMA down completely except 1x800.
  4. They've been adding towers here and there in high roaming areas (http://www.codyenterprise.com/article_804e6cec-35b9-11e7-8392-3b77677fda5d.html for example)... ...and they have over 200 active site leases in Montana...
  5. Work is underway in markets served by all vendors, it just seems that Ericsson was the first to get CA all up and running.
  6. It's all the same, I believe. The RRU/MMBS updates should allow either.
  7. Nice. B25 CA is slowly but surely popping up in more and more places.
  8. Here you go. See the video about halfway through the article. http://www.tmonews.com/2017/05/t-mobile-600mhz-spectrum-transition-process/
  9. Great! Let us know what you find.
  10. I guess what I meant to say, which wasn't clear, is that since AT&T has MFBI implemented, B12 devices will be able to access AT&T LTE on frequencies included in B17. Should have probably wrote it out more clearly in hindsight.
  11. To set the record straight and clear up the confusion, B12 is a superset band of B17. B12 includes the lower 700 MHz A/B/C blocks (728-746/698-716 MHz). B17 includes the lower 700 MHz B/C blocks (734-746/704-716 MHz). ALL B12 devices support B17.
  12. I tried but failed to roam on WCDMA/HSPA when I was roaming on AT&T LTE last month. Disabling LTE dropped me to VZW CDMA.
  13. Don't know why but all of the AT&T roaming reported to date has shown B17, not B12. Even on my iPhone, Field Test reports roaming on B17. Here are a few links to other sightings of AT&T B17: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/2861-network-visionlte-georgia-market-warner-robins-macon-i-75-corridor/page-6&do=findComment&comment=503536 http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1486-network-visionlte-south-carolina-market-columbiagreenvillespartanburg/page-45&do=findComment&comment=500693 http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/7603-htcgoogle-pixel-and-pixel-xl-users-thread/page-5&do=findComment&comment=503075 https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/comments/636jum/att_roaming/ http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6319-marcelo-claure-town-hall-meetings-new-family-share-pack-plan-unlimited-individual-plan-discussion-thread/page-1024&do=findComment&comment=504304 http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/6319-marcelo-claure-town-hall-meetings-new-family-share-pack-plan-unlimited-individual-plan-discussion-thread/page-1038&do=findComment&comment=505223
  14. Looks like it. Sprint's roaming agreement with Verizon expires very soon and Verizon plans to shut its CDMA network down in two years. In my area, all of the new Verizon macros I've come across are LTE only and CDMA is being thinned or shut down on many existing macros. All of this being said, it's only natural that Sprint would shop around for the best rates for LTE roaming. Looks like AT&T may have offered them the best deal.
  15. I have personally roamed on both B17 and B2 so chances are that it's active on most if not all bands.
  16. I roamed about 500MB on AT&T last month and interestingly enough, it's not showing up as roaming usage on MySprint...
  17. The whole roaming agreement still seems to be in testing so I wouldn't expect anything in the immediate future.
