  1. Wow so those of you who preordered at a Sprint store haven't had any updates either? Maybe there is still a 10% chance that they will have my preorder at the store tomorrow. I just preordered my 64GB 6 yesterday over lunch though, so probably not... But it is a little bit more encouraging that others who preordered at a store haven't had any updates either. I am pretty sure you guys have nothing to worry about since you got the order in last weekend. Or was your order a 6+?
  2. I really have my doubts that this is true... The model with B25, B26, and B41 has CDMA. There is absolutely no reason to not carry the device.
  3. The one I ordered for my wife on the 12th has a tracking number, but on UPS it says they are still waiting for the shipment to be dropped off at their facility. I am pretty sure her device will come in tomorrow, but I am thinking mine won't show up until Monday since I ordered it yesterday. Oh well. I plan on doing a rather intensive RF comparison between my N5 and her iPhone 6 over the weekend. I'll probably have her phone more than she does.
  4. Well, my wife's phone has a tracking number. I haven't received an email from Sprint yet, and on their order page there still isn't a tracking number, but since I'm signed up for UPS My Choice I happened to log in and see it there for an expected delivery of 9/19. Even if I end up not getting mine on Friday, at least I can play around with her device and compare its RF performance to my N5.
  5. So is the word around here that the regular iPhone 6's should be in stock at most Sprint stores on Friday even for people without preordering? I am hoping that I can just walk into a store Friday morning and come out with a 64GB iPhone 6 (silver or gray, I don't care). All of the stores I called have said they can't guarantee a pre order being there Friday, but they "may" have some additional supply.
  6. It took a lot of calls and being a little firm. Everyone kept directing me to different people, but finally I threatened to remove the one line from my account and go with a different provider (empty threat, my full discount Framily has me locked to Sprint for awhile), and then the rep talked with her manager and got it reset within 5 minutes. I would definitely call. I know we were both initially told up to 5 days, but she said it takes 5-10 days for it to reset on its own (which frustrated me more since I was told up to 5 days by EVERY person I talked to before her).
  7. Well after numerous calls to Sprint, I finally got them to reset my easypay eligibility! I have some Sprint stores to stop at on my way home this evening to try to preorder one to pick up Friday!
  8. It switched mine from Nov 1st to Jan 1st... Starting to get concerned. I want to go to a Sprint store Friday morning and scoop one up.

  10. Yeah I'm going with the 6 instead of the 6+. The N5/G2 is about as big as I would ever want to go. The 6+ just looks incredibly big with the top and bottom bezels. I need to make some calls this evening and decide which store I am going to at open. I hope the one that I drive by on my way to work everyday will have some 6's for grabs.
  11. Musical easypay update dates! Started at Apr 1, 2015 before I paid my device off. Then to Nov 1, 2014... Now Jan 1, 2015! Come on Sprint, just update your system completely and let me upgrade!
  12. Maybe I'll go that route and just go into the office a little late Friday. If I do though, I will probably be VERY unproductive .
  13. Almost the same thing happened to me. I paid mine off on Friday (tried Thursday, but I won't get into that), and yesterday it switched to Nov. 1st, 2014 from originally being April 1st, 2015. I called Sprint because I assumed that it processed through their system and just went to the wrong date since the person said it takes UP to 5 days, but he said it could go through almost immediately. The Sprint rep assured me that it would be reset within the next few business days. He said at the absolute worst, I should be able to use easypay this Thursday.
  14. Still waiting for Easypay to be enabled on my account after paying off my old device yesterday... Come on Sprint!
  15. Yeah the N5 isn't all that great in RF anymore. Pretty average for LTE if you ask me. My G2 keeps up with it now and is maybe even a little better. The N5 is great though at keeping a very usable 3G signal. That is where it completely smokes my G2.
  16. Interesting. So I paid off my easypay device and in My Account for the device, it shows, "You have no agreement or your agreement with us is complete." However, I first joined Sprint last November and technically my 2 year contract doesn't end until November of 2015. I was one of the kind of lucky ones that joined Sprint just early enough to qualify for the Framily plan without the additional fee ($15 or something per line?). I thought that my contract would still run until next November regardless, but since I bought a easypay device and paid it off I don't have that contract anymore? Does the easypay installment agreement completely take over and void the 2 year contract? Oh well... Now hopefully they update my easypay status since the old device has officially been marked as paid in their system so I can preorder the 6 and get it the same day as my wife's! EDIT: Or as stated by cyclone above, I could just add a new line since my Framily is at 9 and then cancel my current line after receiving the phone.. Oh options. Seems like a lot of work, but if I can't preorder by tomorrow then I may go that route.
  17. Yeah, my old home tower in Baraboo, WI had that for probably about a month before they finally fixed it (last November). OP - It should get fixed, but it wouldn't hurt to let someone at Sprint know.

  19. The i4L plan? Or Framily? If Framily, I know you have to preorder one at a time. I think it is that way for all preorders through the Sprint website.
  20. Lucky! I had an awful experience via Sprint Chat last night while trying to pay it off. Long story short, the care rep knew I was trying to pay off my device, but since it was getting somewhat close to their 10:30 central time cutoff, transferred me to a sales rep that couldn't process the payment. (but the sales rep was terrific. Very friendly, quick to reply and answered all my questions) Oh fun stuff! Oh well. Getting it resolved now.
  21. I might by using my wife's line... She wants one too, but maybe I can talk her into waiting a couple weeks so I can put the phone on my line when it comes in ha.
  22. Were you able to get this resolved? I am thinking about paying off my easy pay device and doing the same thing, but only if it will work without too much of a hassle for the iPhone release.
