  1. Yep, I posted a list of the sites by cascade ID that are due microwave backhaul in the Premier sector of the forums. If Robert would allow it to be posted in here I would copy and paste it.
  2. Mike I fixed my issue, SignalCheck uses less than 4% now. I disabled site logger, location neighbor notes, and changed the location service priority to low power. The neighbor cells do not work on the tri-band Galaxy S3 so there was no need in having it enabled due to the PCI not being reported to SCP, its a shame it doesn't but it is what it is. Just a note: Android will report high battery usage from SCP if you have the "keep screen on" setting enabled and are the type to leave SCP running while your driving or looking for new LTE sites.
  3. New LTE sites come online everyday, your more than likely getting Sprint's general 1900MHz LTE coverage.
  4. Just finished reading the entire thread, its looking good you have come a long way! Now Android and iOS can co-exist in searching for Sprint's three LTE bands.
  5. Just as newboyx has stated SignalCheck Pro is by far hands down the best app to use especially for us Sprint users and wireless nerds. Mikejeep has developed one hell of an app and is my most used app on my device to monitor my voice and data connections, this app does it all except deliver chicken to Robert. Mikejeep has setup shop here on the S4GRU forum and is highly respected and informative member in the S4GRU arsenal, you can find the SignalCheck app thread here if you have any questions. By the way to S4GRU!
  6. Are you using the default messaging or a 3rd party messaging app via Google Play? Are you able to make and receive calls? Have you tried powering down both handsets for a few minutes and then re-attempt sending SMS messages after you power them back up? Have you done a PRL and data profile update?
  7. The real issue for me right now is the significant battery drain. I have turned off site logging and changed the location settings to see if that will help. The neighboring cells feature I don't absolutely need because I know the GCI patterns in my market when on Band 25, 26, or 41.
  8. Yes, I have the setting enabled for them to show up, I beta tested this feature before it was released publicly on two other devices.
  9. Mike is there anyway SCP can track neighboring cells using the GCI instead of the PCI? The neighboring cells feature does not seem to work on Samsung devices. Also SCP seems to be draining my battery, on my other devices SCP does not use this much battery consumption usually less than 2%.
  10. Legere seems to be in a speed competition with himself, to me coverage and reliability is more important and Sprint is delivering on both of those fronts in my market. Is this what T-Mobile customers can expect in a couple of years when their metro-LTE network is saturated?
  11. No Band 25 1900MHz? If there is Band 26 800MHz then there is Band 25, after all Sprint has the PCS G Block nationwide.
  12. The upgrade is free so I will give you the price of each after the upgrade which will be the same price as the old tiers. 75x10Mbps - $59.95 150x20Mbps - $99.95 250x30Mbps - $169.95 1Gbps - $319.95 There is a base internet package that is $39.95 that will be going to 25x5Mbps
  13. Well that was fast my ISP will be upgrading speeds like I mentioned in a earlier post, got this in the mail yesterday. I will be going from 50Mbps to 75Mbps thanks OptiNet
  14. UPDATE: Bestbuy has pulled the Sprint prepaid variant Moto E LTE off their website. Did Bestbuy jump the gun and leak this little bundle of LTE joy on accident?
  15. Well this little guy just popped out into the mobile world sometime in the last few days, found it on BestBuy's website. Sprint Prepaid Motorola Moto E 4G LTE Qualcomm quad-core processor @ 1.2GHz Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box 1GB RAM 4.5'' qHD 540 x 960 screen 8GB of memory, expandable to 32GB with SD card Link provided below. Sprint Prepaid Motorola Moto E 4G LTE
  16. I found a good read on Sprint, hopefully the start of an improving trend. The article is a couple of days old and I'm sure some of you have read this already but I'm posting it in the link below for the others that haven't come across it. Sprint cares more about improving than its rank among carriers
