BK is definitely ramping up now..@ this point your probably gonna be covered very soon! I suspect less than 6 weeks BK will be well lit! Look @ the bronx, just 10 weeks ago was almost nothing.

yeah those pings are actually pretty great for 3G..LTE is more inline to the pings you mention..

I think its more around the Bryant park area...Considering the fact that sprint LTE sites cover limited range, Macy's on 34st might be a bit of a stretch taking into account the massive amount of obstruction in the city. Try walking towered 42st..i think you will have better luck

It looks like that LTE area in midtown is finally expanding.

Looks like strong LTE signal coming in and around 162st and i87 in the bronx.. Near Yankee Stadium.

you should look back a couple pages of this thread you will see plenty of users getting over 20mbs and awesome pings that wimax can only dream of

I actually tried out LTE from obove on the train platform and walked around the area, but no dice...also the train platform in that area is farely low.. So i dont know how much difference a 30ft elevation would make.

I went to the exact location mapped on sensorly, and toggled airplane mode with 0 luck..and of course, and as soon as went back to the BX, right back on LTE.

Just to give you guys some updates on the bk sensory signal.. I was unable to get a signal. My assumption is that it must have been enabled for testing purposes. Sorry guys, but I'm sure it's coming REAL SOON.

Sprints network seems extremely promising, but I wonder how much effect will them leasing there network to other providers would it have on sprints own network on the long term.

Mount Haven in the bronx seems to have gotten LTE as well according to sensorly..

You should be able to accumulate a decent amount of points on sensorly considering that its a blank spot on the map and you do have a decent signal

The bronx is coming along nicely (im happily getting about 15-25mb sec near my home) but its a relief to see other boroughs finally get some love...

There is a blip of LTE showing up on 96st on 2nd ave on the east side of Manhattan..hopefully means there is LTE near that area..

Got LTE on boston road and Adee ave till about eastchester road..got it up on sensorly.. signal used to cut out around allerton ave

When you say 3G only? do you mean no voice and only data? or are you referring to NV upgraded sites? Thanks

Its good to see them finally getting LTE on that side of the bronx...that was the biggest deadzone of LTE in the bx.
