  1. Well, thanks.. not the answer I was hoping for... bummed it's not Sprint. Somebody is obviously densifiying their network too then! I see a few new poles around town with no lamps or utilities on them yet.... wonder who?
  2. Here are the mini site photos...dont know if it's Sprint? It's a very new site. Anybody? Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  3. I'm having the same network "offtime" issues too in Rochester Hills... I had only 1X for about 20 minutes yesterday? No LTE no matter what I tried... then boom... 1/2 hour later all back to normal.
  4. It's raining today... but I will go over there and park and snap a few pics...after work. There seems to be a metal plaque of some sort pounded into the pole, near the main box midway up.... maybe some sort for site I.D. I will try to get it and zoom in... don't know how lucky I will be... but going to give it a try. It was very cool and exciting to finally see an "Sprint LTE 800" display on my phone as we have always been deep in IBEZ zone (I'm approx 25 miles to Canadian Border from where I live.). Glad to see that is over now.
  5. I'll try snapping a photo of the site in the next few days. It's a really new site... Hope this isn't the only B26 site they are adding in the area... just glad there is actually one nearby now.
  6. I see it now...reposting.... Any way of telling if it's a "Small Cell"? Reason is I noticed a new telephone pole accross the street with a small cell on it. Could have been a T-Mobile, Verizon or Sprint? Guess it might have been Sprint's.... Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  7. Thanks... Trying to edit and remove that... I see it too... but when I first tried capturing screen shot... it didn't say Sprint nor LTE... That was my second try... Thanks again. Just super excited.. been waiting YEARS!! LOL
  8. <p>Think I just found a little B26 near the house? Was at the Home Depot in Rochester Hills....noticed this</p> <p>?? <span><img alt="2c47673ecccd986bfbe1e6c0d493b03a.jpg" src="https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170816/2c47673ecccd986bfbe1e6c0d493b03a.jpg" /></span><br /> <br /> Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk</p>
  9. OpenSignal reports T Mobile Network very strong! http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/t-mobile-tops-latest-opensignal-s-latest-network-study-while-unlimited-weighs-verizon-at-t
  10. It won't take T-Mobile very long...already in process... they are very quick compared to some other carrier we know.
  11. Me too! But that would be difficult to get through FCC and Justice Department approvals.
  12. Word in Japan is Son is now going after Dish. I like this idea as it will bring additional spectrum to the game. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/08/01/dish-network-becomes-latest-telecom-stock-to-spike-on-report-softbank-may-buy-it.html
  13. Got my call! Approved for Magic Box! Call came from a typical Sprint number: (888) 211-47** I'm on a fringe B41 ...only get it early in morning or late at night indoors... Agent said it will be sent in "the fall time"... will call again before it's shipped.
  14. I know bigsnake... it gets me upset too.... it's a frustrating thing. Just hope it's finally solved now as it appears for the most part to be. Sprint appears to be slowly adding 800 around here now that the Great Lakes region is clear. That's is good news.
  15. Exactly! And it's not impeded with IBEZ issues at all the borders with the spectrum they do have.
  16. I completely agree. They do need someone with some cash and low band spectrum to invest in Capex. You said it perfectly when you said T-Mobile did it early in LTE deployment. They did.. it made T-Mobile a much better cellular company ...no longer the laughing joke of the industry. I really think if Sprint would of actually completed any one network improvement programs to the Nth degree, they would be in a much better financial position. Seems they always do "half job" and never complete any one thing they start. The lack of 800 MHz antenna's in my area because the equipment installed never had it is a perfect example of "half-job". They knew eventually IBEZ would be lifted and the network could be installed. As much as Sprint wants to say they don't need or want low band, I am not buying that. That's a save face to investors if you ask me. They need 800 and some 600. If we lived in grass huts, it would be a different story. The Magic box is not and can never be the save all that some want you to believe.
  17. Me too! Glad they responded at least...
  18. Still waiting too. waiting and waiting and waiting... Zzzzzzzzz........
  19. That's excellent!! Very cool! Say a few good things for me up in the mitten state. We need some improvements up here around Detroit area. It's probably the same folks for Ohio and for Michigan "midwest" region? Can you ask about 800 mHz deployment schedules when you meet? IBEZ should be all done now.
