    Are you having issues where if someone calls you your phone will ring just fine but it wouldn't ring on their end at all and if you answer the phone you can hear them but they can't hear you?

    I would definitely say faster average 3g speeds during peak times but it doesn't really matter since 99% of the time I am on lte anyway.

    Been getting very consistent speeds. No problem streaming media over 3g but voice is still an issue though.

    LOL, I know the feeling. I will be in St. Croix tomorrow and monday so hopfully things get worked out, I would hate to have to be there and not have any service at all.

    Wow, getting s-off was ridiculously easy. Literally did mines in a minute and a half while in the drive through using terminal emulator.

    They can tell because they read the FCC filing which is showing the device supporting frequencies specific to sprint. I haven't read it personally though.

    Not sure who else it could be I just know where all the sprint ones are located for sure.

    From that pic, it looks like this is just west of IEKHS and the armoury going west towards the various marinas, if thats what this is then thats definitely not a sprint tower. The sprint tower in that area is actually located in redhook on the hill right across the street from the redhook dock.

    Question, when installing backhaul, can this cause the types of interruptions we are seeing on the island?

    Not sure how things are out west but in town its basically the same as what you are experiencing.

    Probably one of the local carriers, maybe innovative or choice communications I would assume. Well I head back to atlanta in a few days so I won't have to deal with this any longer. First though, I will be in St. Croix over the weekend hopefully things aren't as bad there.

    Anyone had issues last night in St.thomas? From about 10pm to about 1am I had no coverage at all, I had to force roam both my devices(anna's retreat/ old tutu area).

    This is for the international unbranded version of the phone, I would say it would be a few weeks to a month(at the minimum) before it makes it to the sprint variant.

    Actually I think the Butterfly S which I think will have the same 5" screen will only be available in those markets that specifically got the original Butterfly and it may only be a slight refresh and not a full sequal. So yeah, I am pretty certain that this phone will not come to sprint. Now there has also been talk about the "t6" which is rumoured to have a 5.9" screen which is what my other thread is based on and I think most if not all major carrier will carry that phone.

    I think it may be based on the ruu that was leaked the other day so I guess we can't really say its official, could be wrong though since I don't follow that particular thread.

    Thanks for the update, hopefully everything gets turned on soon. At the PR sprint press event they mentioned that the VI market will get turned on in June so hopefully everything is still on track for that.

    Well it looks like it was in fact announced officially for verizon just no dates available as yet. I wonder how verizon is going to bastardize this phone.

    Well something should get announced today(as in actual availability) for verizon I am thinking. Not necessarily a red one but a One none the less.

    iOS vs android conversations never end amicably not to mention it is totally off topic to this thread so lets get back on topic. Further more, showing direct lack of respect for staff is totally unacceptible, if you have an issue there is a repot botton for that so use it.
