  1. speaking of weird signals, In Palestine Tx, west of it near the trinity river, I was able to get sprint signal , 1x be it that, with a signal of -100 dbm, and texting/calling worked, even loaded a few web pages. with the closest site being 30-40 miles away. Crazy things have happened like that lately. If I was able to do that Through thick forest of trees, I would not be surprised if something similar is happening to you
  2. Yeah we have a fixed wireless company here Dctexas and never had them. Price per Mbps is high, especially compared to yours. I pay around $60 after taxes for a 12/1 connection. Dsl only offers up to 6mbps (Att) lines are 20 years old at least so speeds would most likely be less than .5 mbps on the upload. I wish we had options. A semi rural, close to a growing city should have more than 2 semi reliable internet options.
  3. Its sad you offer better service probably than most cable companies offer. Too bad you dont have service in My neck of the woods. Its sad to see upload speeds below 10mbps these days. I wouldnt mind that 30/30 package. What is the coverage distance from the tower outwards usually like? Also if its unlicensed spectrum isnt it open to more interference?
  4. Saw the website, Curious how good are the pings on yalls setup?
  5. I only have time to get on ever now and then, but I voted. Keep up your good work!
  6. I hope they can make a less costly nexus 2015 , like the nexus 5. I would buy one in that case, but I can not justify paying $600+ for an overly enlarged phone.
  7. Would still put sprint at 3rd overall. I was under the assumption this was supposedly the quarter sprint fell to 4th, and lost subscribers, not gained them
  8. So if I read the report right aprint has 57 million people on its network?
  9. Wouldnt it be better for output? 2x the people making the same thing, rather than 2 different pieces.
  10. I flashed a deodexed stock rom and i still get the contacts stopped working crap, but is running stable for me so far. No random shut downs or freezing upon boot.
  11. I also saw a promo on sprints website lease the gs6 for $20/month, and get a $20 bill credit for $20, only if you preorder and choose lease.
  12. I reflashed the oa6 tar yesterday and so far its actually been running smooth again. It might be worth trying for yall
  13. Yes i am aware of the guest traffic being router differently. It goes through a seperate server than the private traffic. and routed different places. Well im honestly not sure what ISP offering they actually use, the speeds are usually pretty symetric, lately its been around 4down/5up
  14. It seems like 5.0 on the s5 has plenty of issues, it was great at first then some how snowballed out of control. Kinda sad actually.
  15. Has anyone been having your phonr completely freeze requiring a battery pull, and once reatarted your phone is completely black, and you get "system isnt reaponding " message, and needs anotjer battery pull, then works fine for bit
  16. Well I dont think thats whats it is. On private computers at target, it shows up as Target Corp as the isp. The private and public use the same internet source, the public does not use a tunnel to minneapolis. It is straight from an internal router/server to restrict illegal stuff and to redirect to the login page. other than that its all in building. What is weird though is we use VOIP and wimax wouldnt be ideal, we could be using bundled T1 offering from them maybe?
  17. Well target im sure uses a vpn to minneapolis for its private network. The network here shows wichita kansas iirc
  18. Ive never seen anything sprint related wireline here. Its all ATT and Suddenlink wireline wise. We used to have a clause guaranteeing one phone, and one cable operator in the city for awhile.
  19. So i figured out that Target in my local area uses Sprint for public wifi, and even possibly for its devices connection to Minneapolis. How common is this to see? Its obviously it is wimax due to higher pings 75-100 usually, and speeds 2-6mbps. And what will happen once wimax shuts off?
  20. Sounds like a lame excuse. Sprint could claim low average speed test due to most testing taking place on band 25/26 who cares why and deal with the fact.
  21. Cached information im sure can add up with pictures and videos, do you have messenger installed? I checked mine was 300mb on total where yours says 151.
  22. Going to thebplay store like in your picture, i can see a slight but in. But its only recognizable if at an extreme angle.
  23. I wish this could open up to sprint allowing boost mobile, virgin mobile, and sprint prepaid devices on post paid.
  24. To s-off you have to hse an app that charges $20+ per device to s-off, firewater no longer is supported. And even firewater wasnt guaranteed tobwork, but at least it was free.
