  1. I haven't seen my Samsung test driver in awhile so I'm guessing things have been pretty busy for them the last few weeks as Madison has proved to us.
  2. I wonder if you guys will get lte tonight. I remember reading this thread about someone getting 800 during the day and lte at night and then a few days later they finally paired the two together.
  3. Looking at the NV complete map I don't really understand why you guys don't believe Milwaukee will be launched. There are more than enough towers done to be close to 30% which qualifies as a launched market. If you compare the Sprint.com/coverage maps to what we have on our maps it's pretty filled in. Either way we'll get our answer when it comes...
  4. And I have emails from my account rep who runs Wisconsin saying Milwaukee specifically will be launched. I have access to the maps as well so in fully aware of how it looks. When an email comes down that says we're up to be launched and it lists Milwaukee and not any other cities surrounding I think my statement is fairly accurate. Believe what you want though.I'm a firm believer in trust but verify... Without you having access to what I do I understand the doubts.
  5. Milwaukee itself will be launched. I was informed of this last week. Should have been announced the 24th but we got nothing. No word on the hold up. But Milwaukee proper was listed. Not outlying cities.
  6. I don't believe that was insulting at all. Too much sensitivity around here nowadays. I think I'll just bow out on this one and stick to my random posts and lurking from now on.
  7. 80 - 16 = 64. I haven't looked myself but if that's what it is or roughly then that's what it is.
  8. If you are a sponsor you can look at the map for NV sites compared to the completed sites and go from there. The outskirts had to be done first before the bigger cities. If we shut off the inside first to do the upgrades without doing the outskirts it would be like a black out. You wouldn't be able to reach out and make calls. Consider the outskirt cities as a life line for when the inner city gets done.
  9. Just from reading one of the other threads it sounded like there is a lot more to it than just complete work and flip a switch. Maybe the engineer that needs to sign off on it is in another market and hasn't made his way back? Who knows. We still have a long way to go but at least it sounds like there are still crews out doing work.
  10. Yeah and that's online only so you would have gotten your phone around Christmas.
  11. There are a lot of sites in Milwaukee. Wisconsin didn't start getting it's work done until May or June. Don't think about just Milwaukee but think about the big picture. We've come a long way in a semi short time. I'd rather be optimistic and hope for the best then keep thinking negatively about the situation.
  12. I'm surprised we have no accepted sites today. I have a weird feeling we'll be 4g launched soon. A few weeks ago I saw numbers that we were at 24% completion. With all of the outskirts West of 94 done now I'd think we're nearly accepted as a 4g market
  13. Manager and another coworker just got theirs. I'll leave this here.
  14. More power to you if you get what you want. I don't see it happening but I've been wrong before.
  15. The sense of entitlement is a bit unnecessary. You're not the only one that has issues. If you are given a g2 at the price you expect it for I will pay you back for it. Working in a store I've never seen anything remotely close to that happen. The furthest upgrade I've seen was a s2 to a s3 only because someone messed up their working and they had to honor it. It may be stated it will ship then, my personal experience with device release is the employees aren't told officially until a week before. And correct again on the premier program. Everything is subsidy or one up now. No in between.
  16. Good luck. We haven't even been told when we'll get it released in the stores and getting the latest device off contract for the contract price?.. Put down the pipe and walk away. Airrave is the word. Not airwave. Kills me when people say that. But more than likely yes. If you're at a store they can look it up and see if you connect to one or not. It will show in the list of towers you use.
  17. It didn't cross my mind that they cover out there as well. My apologies.
  18. Unfortunately Madison is a part of the area that the Milwaukee teams cover. My best guess just from sites they've tested is that the Milwaukee team works Sheboygan and down and they cover everything West out to Madison and maybe even a little further. I cannot remember if they were apart of the dells testing or not.
  19. Milwaukee proper maybe but the outskirts West of 94 were just completed not too long ago by them. Tower crews may be working still but the test teams are the ones on standby.
  20. I would not expect any new towers in Milwaukee proper or surrounding areas for at least this next week. Maybe the week after well see them but I have word the test teams have been in Appleton and all of the Milwaukee teams have been on standby. Also 800 lte will probably begin testing around early December. The drivers will be receiving training on the new test software in the next coming weeks.
  21. The new tower is across the parking lot from a sprint tower on Howell. Lol. If there were pics you maybe could have seen our tower.
  22. I posted about a week or more back about a Samsung test driver telling me that this month they would be getting equipment to test lte 800 so it will probably be sooner than we think. But then again he tests from Madison south to the border and as far north as green bay. So who knows where it will pop up first.
