  1. hmm' date=' Im wondering if they can ship those EVO 3D with Wimax disabled? or modify the chipset?[/quote']

Good question. But i think Sprint was probably planning on 4g offerings for their prepaid brands in the near future anyway. Sure would a good competition driver in the prepaid market.

  2. Clearwire was down to 1.52 today after the Verizon spectrum sale news. Then it has already climbed back up to 1.76 before I bought any...

Talk about depressing numbers. I paid an effective price of 2.24/share. :(

  3. That's the thing about Android. It only fits some peoples needs. I wanted to get away from at&t so bad that I settled for Android. And granted, it does have it's perks, but it also has it's flaws. If I could afford to, i would have 2 smartphones and 1 would be the iPhone. I do like the camera better than my Evo Shift, that's for sure.

Total annual revenues of T-Mobile are over 20 billion a year.

Earnings before Interest' date=' Depreciation, and Amortization is over 5 billion.

The 7,000 towers that T-Mobile owns is worth about 3.5-3 billion.

They have an average of 27MHz of PCS spectrum and 32MHz of AWS spectrum in the top 100 markets.

More than 80% of T-Mobile's sites are connected via fiber.

Sort of surprised you would think they would just shut it down. T-Mobile is just a lot different than Sprint.[/quote']

It's just from all the articles i have read online that say that T-Mobile is just a leech for DT. I guess those articles were just rants from analysts after all.

I find it amazing that nobody has picked up that idea and used it on their product. Unless Palm wants a mint for licensing their patent.

You mean HP? And i'm sure they do. But it sure would be a good idea instead of having to unplug your phone everytime you need to go somewhere.

  6. It's crazy how carriers are always against one another. Like after the Merger fail with AT&T and T-Mobile, now T-Mobile wants to go back to their old ways, and attack ppl. T-Mobile wants to come back with a all of sudden change of attitude, which is random, and funny @ the same time.

Parent company DT has to do something to make this under-performing carrier worth their time and money. I was surprised after the merger failure that they didn't just announce that they were going to close T-Mobile USA down. Instead they are finally putting money into fixing it.

  7. Yeah, I really want to wait for the LTE version, but will be highly disappointed if it comes with a 3.5 inch screen......I can drop back down to a 4in, since i'm using a 4.52inch screen, but 3.5 is way too small!

I sure hope the next iPhone comes with a bigger screen too. It would be nice to have more apps on the home screen for a change.
