If Motorola brings an LTE device to Sprint as good as the Droid MAXX, then Sprint could definitely be competitive in the high end phone market by the end of this year. We need to see more non-HTC & non-Samsung high end devices on Sprint.

If the next iPhone will be a Sprint exclusive, I would be surprised. The investment in making LTE chips for Sprint LTE bands is extensive enough, and that could be why Sprint paid so much to Apple for the iPhone.

I'm not surprised that this is happening. Siri depends on the internet to function. It would be nice if it didn't rely so heavily on network integration.

Does anyone know if the MSL is specific to the device or is it account wide? And also is it reset by flashing a custom ROM, or hard programmed into the phone?

Yeah, but I'm only getting on average 4.xx down and less than 1 up on my friends Clear iSpot and less than 1 down on my Evo Shift. Then again, the house I'm in has window tint on the inside of the windows and the outside, lol.

Virgin Mobile was talking about throttling data since the middle of last year, and after customer outcries, they pushed it back. I don't think that this is a pre-cursor to Sprint ending unlimited data. This has been coming since the first part of 2011.

I would personally like to see the HTC Vivid come to Sprint. Very nice looking phone and after the iPhone, HTC is my favorite device manufacturer.

The only modification I would like to see is a 3D camera on this beast!

If Cingular had thrown money into it WiMax might have survived for a while longer, but LTE is probably still a better technology. Does anyone know how many WiMax networks are deployed worldwide, and do they use the same frequency that Clear uses?
