  1. We know that work is active now in all Florida Peninsula markets, including Tampa. Remember that our NV Sites Complete maps only show sites after they have been inspected and accepted by Sprint. Sometimes that can be the next day after completion. Sometimes it can be a few weeks. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  2. We have not seen anything to show work will begin Nebraska before 2013. I can tell you unequivocally there are zero completed sites in Lincoln or anywhere in Nebraska. The agent you talked to must have assumed that maintenance upgrades are Network Vision/LTE upgrades. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  3. I'm loving the Chrome browser. I really like the magnifying links feature. I have gone back and installed it on all my devices. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  4. I'm out to dinner with my wife. The update will start in a few hours. Being in the Atlantic time zone is a killer when waiting on someone in Mountain Time. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  5. We have our first Orlando site in the update this week. Tampa, JAX and SW Florida should be right behind. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  6. The last update was the 21st. Do you need to wipe your cache? Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner

  8. Download the PRL file of your choice and save it to the root of your internal storage. Rename it Test.prl Go into your phone dialer and enter ##DATA# Select View Select PRL Write Hit the PRL Write button Device will reboot. Go to Settings>About>Status and confirm you have the new PRL number. Sometimes you have to do it 2-3 times for it to take. If you do not name the file exactly right, it will not work. 9. You can install a PRL right on your device without QPST on the GS3 and Note 2. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  10. It all depends on how many sites are in this week's update. If it is a big week, it may be that soon. I'm thinking more like between the 15th and Thanksgiving for a prelaunch. Robert
  11. Yes. I even made that point. But I have quickly forgotten. Robert
  12. It is completely plausible that all the EVO LTE problems are related to low radio performance and not specific to any software or hardware malfunction. AJ and I were talking about it recently. The EVO LTE may just be a weak LTE RF Performer. Robert
  13. The only difference is on the device side. SVDO is not an issue. The HTC works fine in 1x and EVDO mode, and handles SVDO just fine. It is only LTE that EVO has had LTE connectivity issues with. Even though the HTC has multiple LTE antennas, it doesn't interact differently with the site than all the other MIMO Sprint LTE devices. Two diverse antennas on the device have two separate data sessions going on with the LTE site. If there are any flaws in that setup, it would be an HTC issue. Sprint is not doing anything unique that no other LTE MIMO carrier does. Robert
  14. That's ridiculous. How is Apple not thwarted by these supposed Sprint issues in the new iPhone 5? Lame, HTC. Lame. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner

  16. It was an attempt to connect Necker Nymph in a humorous way. I'm pretty unhip. I had to Google MUGEN. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  17. No. It will be changed to November in the next update. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
  18. Never! They're mine! All mine! Ah hah ha ha ha!!! I gave my brother my GNex. That was tough to part with. I still have separation anxiety over it. So I will never repeat that. Never. Robert via Samsung Note II using Forum Runner
