  4. Although this is a very general statement, most rooftop deployments are in very dense locations, thus downtilt is pretty severe. But this is not always the case. It is possible though that you are getting your signal from somewhere else. Robert
  5. Sometimes, it's the device. Try cycling airplane mode and see if it returns. However, it is not uncommon for it to come and go in unlaunched markets. Robert
  6. I have this issue occasionally on my GS3 and Note 2. It's when you have no 1x connection, but do have an EVDO connection. Because bars only show 1x signal strength only. Robert

  8. All Florida work was delayed until October 1st. Sprint pulled everyone off because of the protected Osprey nest issue. I'm pretty sure you know this from previous discussions on the subject. Sprint also admitted recently that they are a full quarter behind from their initial schedules. It is what it is. But deployment is occurring in your market. Robert

  10. In the Albuquerque market, eHRPD went live at all 300+ sites at once. From El Paso to Farmington. No need to visit the site at all. But in some markets, it goes up in clusters. Especially fragmented markets with multiple legacy vendors, or mixes of Sprint corporate and affiliate sites. Robert

  15. Network Vision upgrades are just about to begin in the Oregon market in the next few months. They will be upgrading all the equipment and backhaul to current standards and add LTE. Every site will be upgraded. It is likely that Sprint is riding out the existing network in your area because permanent upgrades are coming soon. Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner
