Not only can it do 9-1-1, but you have to go through a complete setup with address data before you can use WiFi calling through any specific router, so that emergency personnel can locate you if you are incapacitated..

Hmm I wonder If Target will allow me to stick these on their routers not that anyone will see them on the ceiling

My experience with WiFi calling has been excellent since I got my S5 back in July. It will nag you though each time you connect to a new WiFi connection
