Galaxyguy
Has anybody ever seen one of these before? It's a sprint LTE tower with 1900 mhz voice. It's one of the few Shentel hasn't added 800 mhz voice yet. It's located in Fort Valley, VA. belusnecropolis
There are tons of these in many markets, I have seen about 10 just around the city I live, all different carriers. They sometimes take a few moments to actually notice what they are, which points to them working as a camouflage if you will, very well. Galaxyguy
This one is at a library/community center. With Fort Valley being surrounded by National Forest, I'm thinking they didn't want an "ugly tower" ruining the view. Sent from my Galaxy S3 using Tapatalk. bakedc4
Shentel has at least 3 in winchester. The one at I81 and 7 has 800 on it for at least 2 months now. Haven't had the chance to check the other flagpole sites yet. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk
JWMaloney
Here's one in Louisiana, although it isn't a Sprint tower. http://goo.gl/maps/aNcRg
AMejia1976
Many cities have them. Especially those with nimby's or where HOA's/cities/towns have really strict rules as to what can and can not be built. Here in Orlando, Fl there are a few too. I actually would not mind seen more of them around. I like to see the colors up!
Fraydog
Perryville, MO not far from me has an AT&T flagpole site downtown. There's many more to the north of me in the St. Louis area.
JWMaloney
Check out this awfully camouflaged AT&T tower in Lafayette, LA.
mozamcrew
Check out this awfully camouflaged AT&T tower in Lafayette, LA. They should put some christmas lights on that thing! I mean they have to run power to it anyhow.

JWMaloney
I agree with you JWMaloney...You are right!!! I mean, most of the places that AT&T puts those camouflaged towers are actually surrounded by trees. It looks ridiculous standing on its own. bobdee
I-75 between Tampa & Naples is loaded with them in Florida. Some have flags most don't, just a weird looking pole. Bob
