Currently anything within 100 air miles to the border can not run 800mhz until an agreement is reached. So if you are in that area there will not have 800mhz rrus on the antennas. -
With the update it does not log down any info while connected to ehrpd on the main screen. I dont know if it any different for cdma or lte I really do like this app tho

I also have ehrpd showing up at 4g. It works perfect when I reboot to cdma only. I really do like the app

I can tell you there is a tower in Detroit that is in the middle of being upgraded when I went by it last week. If you become a sponsor there are photos of it.

It could be permits, backhaul is complete, equipment for that site is ready, crews are ready, and ability to gain access to the site.

Once your phone knows that there is lte on a certain tower it wont take as long to switch but from what ive read until your phone knows of the lte it wont switch as fast.

The gs3 minimum search for lte is 30 minutes. Ive tried to set it to less but it gives an invalid response. There is an app call lte discovery out that will cycle airplane mode every 30 seconds to try to find lte faster then the 30 minutes.
