1. If I remember correctly it's also possible on the Pixel 3. Not sure about the 2. Pixels don't have a CA combos screen like Samsung (and maybe LG) phones. The only way to confirm to my knowledge is with NSG when it's active. Google disables the diagnostic port so you can't use Qualcomm tools to pull the CA combos directly from the modem.

This is a easy one the Pixel 2 CANNOT use interband ca on Sprint. Any device using the snapdragon 835 or lower cannot do it. The Pixel 2 can only do b25+b25 CA and b41x3 CA. Same goes for the Note 8, and S8 all which have the snapdragon 835.

2. Those speeds are so great. Man, I remember back in 2015 all of us fantasizing about how awesome this would be while simultaneously lamenting that it probably wouldn't happen until like 2020 because Sprint. Here we are.

Glad to see someone finally "flipped the switch" on this amazing software and you were able to enjoy it and get great samples user Terrell352. This is what Denver needed to keep speeds up. Let's hope it spreads on the network quickly!

Unfortunately most Sprint devices don’t have it enabled. I had to force it to work by using my MSL to turn on all CA bands. Sprint is extremely foolish to not have figured this out sooner because most of these test was indoors where normally b25 or b26 would have been alone. Most people in Denver is not experiencing this because the devices don’t have it enabled. That’s Sprints fault. Here in Ericsson land in Florida they don’t have it enabled at towers so it’s back to the trash indoor experience. [emoji17] T-Mobile will hopefully get this right if they take over.

3. Dayum! Been Sprint's problem for millions of years now. Jealous!

Forget 5G. I have witnessed interband CA between b25/b26 and b25/b41 and it was game changing for the reliability and indoor experience. Everyone who said b26 should not use CA don't know what they are talking about and have not experienced the awesome indoor abilities that come with it. Have you ever seen b26 like that? Don't worry I will wait. This makes Ericsson markets severely behind in network reliability. I just realized how much better Sprint would be if this was nationwide.

4. By the way, although I have VoLTE turned on, It doesn't actually work yet. I'm in Boulder county Colorado which I think has VoLTE activated.
I was just in Boulder yesterday. It works and also more than that works. You have 4xca interband active there too. 25/b41+b41+b41 is active.

I don't think this calls for a wink my friend. 14 months after the S8 is not good. Also it is killing Sprints rootmetrics scores because they are using the S9 and are missing out on all kinds of features not enabled crippling Sprint results. They are likely using calling plus which we all know is terrible. But better late than never I guess.

6. You might be right on the S9 holding on to band 41.  I have two of them.  One makes me upset, but the other one makes my wife upset and that is a bad situation.  She gets upset and starts telling me how bad that phone is and why did I buy it.   I would think that Sprint should be able to see a phone is struggling to upload anything and shift it to another band.  The cell site should force the phone off band 41 when it is struggling,   Something sure does smell bad with this and the stink is forcing people to look elsewhere.
I wouldn't go back to the S9 if you paid me. The S10 has greater peak speeds and VoLTE and more stable performance.

7. Yes,  s9 unlocked.  Upload on B41 is horrible.  Many times, no upload at all.    My b25 is quite good.  A 10x10 and a 15x15 aggregated.
Okay I'm going to tell you because I have compared and confirmed having had both phones myself. It's the phone that's keeping you on band 41 not the network. If you switch to a S10 device it's going to stop. My S10 5G drops band 41 when my S9+ would hold on for dear life except in my case since b25 and b26 are really congested staying on b41 was the better option.

8. I have that feeling that sooner or later they are going to release some kind of 25+41 aggregation and brag about how it fixed things.  My gut feeling is it will still be royally screwed up.  Right now, I absolutely must have WI-Fi in my home  as I am constantly locked on B-41 2x CA that does not work at all.  Why they would push phones on band 41 at levels of -130 and hold them there just does not make sense.  Nothing works at -130. NOTHING.  Even -120 on band 41 is a dud.
Why do they insist on trying to use band 41 when the levels are crap? Allow the phones to depart from band 41 when it is unusable.
No wonder they lose customers. This is a self inflicted wound and it is a serious one.

It’s funny I’m having the opposite problem. B41 uploads are trash, B25 and B26 capacity is trash. I have in fact gotten b41 at 126 and pulled 10 down but uploads failed.

ATT actually aggregates b30(2300mhz) to levels over 140dbm.

Do you have the S9?

9. Have you EVER seen 25 + 41?   Is it available at all?    It is fine to aggregate 41 + 41 if the level is good.  But 25 + 41 should be preferred when the levels are questionable on band 41.

It doesn’t work. Only the west has even seen it.

B41+B41+B41 Primary
B25+B41+B41 this is how it should be at all times on b25
B26+B41+B41 again at all times if on b26.
B25+B26 is not going to solve any problems because capacity is still not good enough.
