Verizon, Vodafone Agree to $130 Billion Deal, WSJ Reports

As a whole though sprint is not a threat. In central Florida Verizon still is better than sprint in terms of coveage, building penetration, and LTE speeds even in peak hours.Verizon and At&t rules this state with a iron fist and I wish Sprint could better compete. -

I know Mr. Son is a BOSS and all but that was a lame excuse. Sprint/Softbank would not be a threat to Verizon for years and even though we would love for them to be a threat now the fact is Sprint is not a threat to the big 2 this year. Tmobile is more of a threat than Sprint is right now as Sprint only has 1900 LTE on about half of there 38000 towers if that. Hope this deal gets shot down because its clear they are trying to kill Sprint as a competitor before they even get a chance to attack. Sore Losers smh -
Site Testing Question
Terrell352 replied to ryry4ya's topic in Network, Network Vision/LTE Deployment
Could a tower still be in testing if the site is not accepted but LTE is live? Seems like something is wrong because I could be close to the tower and it won't connect. It looks like the panels are facing the wrong direction and the downtilt is really off. -
Hardware is my answer lol. Then I will try and trade for a optimus G pro or galaxy s3 at the sprint store

Is the bad LTE reception a software or hardware problem on the EVO LTE?

I get mine 1/1/14 but since April and May is when the bad ass phones come out I would probably wait until my contract is up.

Just click the donation link in the upper right corner and donate to become a sponsor. Also Sprints LTE coverage map is highly exaggerated and is probably tell you what coverage will look like soon. On the coverage map it says i get great LTE coverage but I don't get any also. Strange because their 3G coverage map is a lot more accurate.

How good/bad is NV, really?
Terrell352 replied to xman1102's topic in Network, Network Vision/LTE Deployment
Basically the same results though since sprint triband phones will be able to use it. -

I thought Denver is now live with 2600 LTE pretty much everywhere -
True I don't ever want to go back to these speeds once LTE gets here ever in life

My bad Rob my man. It's just now that I have had the time to test a device on every major carrier in my area. I just found out that while Verizon is #1 on coverage hands down, Sprint is actually second, At&t is 3rd and T-Mobile is last but in terms of data speed and consistency Sprint is dead last even behind Metro PCS. The roll out has not been very active the past month but I just found not one but two sites in my area that have began network vision so I guess I jumped the gun a bit. Apologies. At least as a whole Jacksonville is one of the most complete Fl markets so I can complain about that.

I'm almost positive there has to be some clear LTE 2600mhz in Orlando since its in Tampa. We just need some one to get a triband LTE device to do some investigating.
