After "early 2014" passed I stopped searching for update news for the nexus 5. When it happens then it'll happen. I stopped enjoying the feeling of all these click bait websites. The next drop will drop and about 2-3 weeks after HTC will drop their version.
To get my MSL I called and said I app development so I need the MSL to get systems logs to verify the apps are running smoothly.
Sprint is in a state where they want subscribers so look like they are growing on their financial statements, even though they are handing out devices for free.
All about the continuous cash flows.
I am hoping, a long shot hope... Hear me out. That HTC will make a model that performs like the N5 RF wise and is a Google Play addition with the ability to activate on Sprint.
Tri-band
Great RF performance
GSM/CDMA capable
Google Edition
If it has those I will scoop ONE up so fast!
Switched back to my HTC one to try out the 4.4.2 update. Already notice the signal, even WiFi doesn't seem up to par with the nexus. I do miss how loud the front speakers are though.
Haven't tried the S4 but the N5 is a beast, especially if you put the .15 radio in. Check out the N5 thread. Google changed then radio in an update and some people are putting the bold radio back in.
Found it. It was from this article.

P.S. it also addes the "Downloads" app on the stock HTC One. Not sure why Sprint doesn't like the downloads app on their htc devices. Normally I would either download a device manager or go through the HTC browser's setting to get to downloads.
Anyone played around with the GoogleHome launcher on the HTC One? It is pretty cool. Basically makes the HTC launcher the same as the Nexus 5 "experience". Currently not on the android market and needs to be side loaded. So far I am liking it. You get the HTC One build quality and front speakers with pure android feel. Yes I know there are ROMs to do this and other launchers but I personally feel the launchers from the market never work properly and while I know how to root I personally prefer stock.
I think they can just sell it like an accessory without attaching it to an account, most stores just don't realize it. When I got mine they didn't even log into my account, granted I knew the whole staff well. I didn't even have the n5 yet.
I believe the box has two of them and one drops the last digit which is not needed for Sprint's system. They can give the sims, some stores are just being extra safe because of all the fraud these days.
